I love Maurice’s! The value for the quality is fantastic, and they always have great sales—sometimes too great… they definitely get me in trouble!
This particular store is my absolute favorite. I actually choose to drive an hour and a half to shop here, even though there’s a location less than three minutes from my house. The selection is excellent, and the store layout is comfortable—not packed to the point where you can’t breathe or move around.
The staff here are always amazing: helpful, supportive, and genuinely kind. I usually hate clothes shopping, but I always leave this store feeling good about myself—thanks entirely to the wonderful team.

While the staff are nice I felt going in like I was being harassed by extremely religious people trying to get you to come to church. I understand the company makes a big fuss about sales and selling their credit card but maybe read the room?

My store experience was pretty good. But they didn’t have the size jeans I need. The staff ordered me a pair and guessed on the size. (I’m normally a 6 but these particular jeans go by waist) when I got home I looked at some other jeans in my closet and really don’t think the right size was ordered. At that same time I got the email confirming my order. I immediately called customer service to change the size. She informed me I only have one hour to make changes. None of that was told to me in store and my call was no more than 5 minutes of receiving the email. I didn’t understand how that can work and the girl didn’t like me questioning “why” and hung up on me!!! So all I can do is return these to the store when I get them. And I’m back to square one because the store doesn’t have any size close. DO BETTER!!!!

I love their clothes and sales but I HATE being harassed about getting their credit card everytime I set foot in the store. Quit pushing your associates for cc quotas because it ruins your customer's shopping experience.

Very disappointed to find this location was willing to discriminate against me, despite rendering a doctor’s note detailing that I cannot safely wear a face mask for any period of time. Having ZERO EXCEPTIONS for medical exemptions is atrocious, condemnable, and disgusting. I couldn’t help but notice an empty store..... it will be the last time I ever walk into a Maurices— you’ve lost a decades-long customer over your ignorance and shameful policy. I happily took my clothing budget to your competitors today, and will continue doing so in the future. Goodbye, Maurices!
