The manager with the long hair who looks like Ross Cameron needs a raise. So does the other bearded guy working mornings at the counter. They've been slammed the last few days in the am and whenever they're there they get everyone in and out and on our way to our own jobs. Thanks guys.

When it first opened it was great but after their company's explosive expansion, everything kinda went to hell. The quality of the ingredients in their hot food went down, the quality of assembly and care of the hot food went down. I can't even buy gas here anymore. Even if I pay at the register, they place a $25 hold on my account which takes about 1-1/2 weeks to unpost. I refuse to buy gas in a way that puts MY MONEY on hold.

Gas pumps never work right, every time I go to this gas station it takes me two times longer to get gas because the pumps can almost never accept a card and they take forever to turn on and I end up having to go in and am not able to fill my car because they can only put a set amount on the pump. Gas pumps are the main reason people come to gas stations and it’s ridiculous that they give so many issues. I will be going to Sinclair from now on.

Stopped in to get some breakfast tacos before work. Was greeted very hostile by the lady working the counter. Seemed genuinely pissed off I was ordering there. They were out of steak at 6am so I got bacon tacos. What I got was cold tortillas that fell apart as soon as you touch them, a little bit of egg, bacon than lettuce??????? Whole thing was cold. Didn’t even eat them. The rest of the store was clean and well stocked though

Clean and well stock with better then avg gas station food and they would rate higher if it wasn't there ridiculous fuel pricing club structure nonsense and self checkout

William who worked 2pm-10p.m. shift on 4/18/2025,is truly amazing,he helped my mom and I in dire situation. He definitely went above and beyond for us as customers. This will always be my go to station when I'm in Cheyenne. Thank you for all you help William.

Clean and well stocked. Tried the hot honey double peproni pizza slice and DO NOT suggest it! Super greasy and yuck. Honey has less business being on pizza than pineapple.
Friendly staff but always a long line at checkout. To few cashiers and too many self checkout. People too often pay cash or need things like loto, or tobaco at convenience stores so self checkout don't work as well and often sit unuesed while the line is 7-9 people deep.

Friday morning 5:30 I was halfway inside when a big drunk, drugged guy came around and started screaming. When I saw the clerk I told him he might need the police he walked me to my car to make sure I was safe! So grateful.
