I’m gonna be moving to a new house. I’ve been trying to get a hold of you for quite a while now and I just spent 35 minutes on the phone trying to get nobody’s answering so I don’t know. I guess I’m not gonna be able to use your service.

In the past I left a horrible review for Mountain West for a good reason. Our service was horrible for sometime, but has since immensely improved! My son recently moved into a home in Wheatland and we used MW. Could not be happier with the service now and the phone rep Jordan was GREAT and extremely helpful! Installer Dennis was amazing! Very outgoing and had a super excellent attitude! Gave my son, who was just recently in a bad accident early October and paralyzed from the waist down, a big kudo for being positive in his situation! I will recommend MW to anyone seeking Internet service. Thank you guys!

If you have a problem on the weekend or after hours, there "customer service" is non existent

I don’t know what these reviewers are rating, but, I agree with good customer service, that’s where it ends. I pay for the line of sight top end service, but have constant drops, no service if they think it will rain, and bamboozle excuses as static in the dish. Either they think most people are unaware or they over sell what they can provide. It’s the only game for us out of town and these folks cannot provide what they say they can. As soon as another service becomes available, I will be switching.

The service is garbage. We have had nothing but issues, beginning of last year we lost internet, called their service line, and nothing. No call back nothing. Finally got a hold of some one and the two guys came out and Their “fix” was to point my satellite to the owners house, and to this day we still have issues. Constantly loosing service and when we do have service it’s not that fast!

I’m awfully skeptical about satellite internet but this stuff is reliable. Tough wind and snowstorms doesn’t phase the connectivity. Excellent service and good customer experience.

Terrible customer service. No loyalty to customers. We have been with their previous company for 10 years. When they changed names there was an issue with billing. When we called about it they basically said it was our fault and sent us to collections?? After 10 years of paying them it is us, the customer, who was at fault?? No possibility of any fault on their end??? We did not receive any notification of name change. Why would we all of the sudden stop paying their bill??? Perhaps we didn't know what it was for??? Never heard of company name???

When my techie sons visited me, they told me how slow my Wi-fi was. They contacted Mountain West about this issue. Within a week, I had an updated dish installed and super fast speeds. Thanks!

I have occasionally had buffering issues when streaming videos. And when I called Mountain West to report an issue their service response has been courteous, prompt and outstanding. I recommend giving them a try.
