I love it here. I have been having my nails done for over 30 years, and they're one of the best I've ever found. They're really nice people, and my nails are ALWAYS. ON. POINT.

Sign says "walk-ins welcome" but that's not true apparently. Just wanted a polish change on my toes and store didn't close for another 3 hours but they were "too busy" even though there were only 3 customers up in there. Reviews already suck but thought I word form my own opinion. Waste of time!!

Their door has “walk ins welcome” but clearly if you don’t have an appointment they will ask if “come back later?” so many chairs and tables they can’t hire more people? Second time it happens worst customer service 0 stars !

I have gone here for years. I'm always considerate, because they are busy. I make appointments and call ahead. It is unfortunate that I have recently been put off by walk in traffic. I was a loyal customer but no more. My time is valuable also. I will no longer refer my friends and family.Services: Pedicure

They took us in at 6 pm said they could do 2 pedicures and a full set. The salon was empty and they didn't finish the pedicure or nails. She said come back next day to finish. Then she wanted to charge $3 per nail to complete the job we paid for, which they failed to finish. Will not return.Services: Acrylic nails

I called for an appointment because I was told they gave great pedi's with a wonderful massage. NO!! After waiting 45 minutes PAST my appt, I left. They knew I had a appt, but no apology, no explanation, not even a goodbye!! It was a head nod! If you can't keep an appt, say so--apologize, try to keep the customer!! Nope--rude and horrid customer service. Never again. There's too many good salons, managed well with just an ounce of customer service/communication for this. I don't have high standards.....but really!

This was the second time I brought my kids with me get I have been going here for over a year now an I had appt an she refused service because I had my kids with me she said you take your kids home not here they give me a head ake. Funny part was they were sitting in the waiting area quietly on my phone worst service ever I ended up going somewhere else an they were fine with my kids I will never go to nail glamor ever again they discriminate because I have my kids I went to diva nails they did a good job it was not a problem at all.

I love this place because it's clean and the owners are a darling family. They don't speak much English, but enough to understand what you want (or you can show them a picture). I have only had pedicures here so I can't speak to their manicures or artificial nails. The pedicures are great and my polish always lasts for months afterwards.Service: Pedicures

Not a great experience. Only one person inside the salon when I went and two employees. They said they could give me a full set. Sat me down and put foil and acetone on my fingers to soak off my nails and then others had walked in. He left me and proceeded to do three pedicures. I sat for almost 55 minutes without them saying anything to me. I got up scraped the rest of my nails off washed my hands paid the $5 for soaking them off and left after an hour. They didn't check in with me, with acetone soaking for 55 minutes... Horrible experience. I understand if someone had an appointment but to not check in with a client for an hour is poor business practice.

I called 3 days prior to making my appointment. Saturday at 5:30. Awesome! I show up 10 minutes early. 2 ladies are almost done perfect. Discussed my colors and my needs. Well 2 other ladies walked in and they gave them chairs right away and serviced them. So I got skipped. My feet or in water and the water is cold. It is now 6:10 my water is cold and I asked can I just reschedule they say 5 mins. Finally after being here for an hour they start my feet. I really wanted to walk out but I stuck it out. I just will not be returning to this place. What the point of an appointment if you don’t stick by it.Services: Manicure
