I have been coming here for several years. I always had good experiences here, and I am happy to say that the service, friendliness, and value are as good as ever with Nail Star’s new owner. I only ever get pedicures, and have just gotten my second one under the new crew. Tracy and Paul have both done an excellent job, with good attention to detail. I will definitely keep coming back!

She first told me a cheaper price then when I got in the chair she increased the price by $30. She was in a rush and I recieved mis shaped acrylic nails that broke the next day. I will not be coming back.

Super glad my coworker Cas told me about this place. When I walked in there was no body there, better for me! It was clean and smelled really good. Tracy did my manicure and her husband did my pedicure. Did exactly what I asked and didn't pressure me to do more so for that and there extreme customer service, attitude and the price ill be going back! Thank you very much. This will be my place from now on!

Tracy did a great job! I was so relaxed with the hot wax and hot rock massage! And my toes turned out perfect!!

I scheduled an appointment for my mom and myself. I waited an hour to get my pedicure done. We asked if they could fit my mom in for a mani, and we were told yes. Long story short, I sat there for two hours and didn't get my mani. He was rude to the lady working there.
This is not the place to go if you are in a rush. He way overbooks!
She did a great job on my pedi!

Well I have yet to be happy consistently in Cheyenne with my pedis- today I went here and “Steve” gave me the pedicure I’ve been looking for- hot rocks were amazing - unbelievable service and I highly recommend. Been just getting mine done in Casper when I go for work- go visit this place!!

It has been 3 years I got cancer and could not have nails. People on one of the FB pages gave good reviews so I got an appointment and had my nails done. It was wonderful, so much so that I have found my nail salon!

Steve did a great job on my eyebrows. He kept my natural thickness and shape. Also, the tools for my nails were fresh out of a sterilization pouch. Love that! Great price too

Made appointment and waited for 20 to find out only 1 person knows how to do dip nails. The process was much different than what I am used to. Despite the attention to detail, the quality severely is lacking. The shape wasn't great but I didn't say much because he just kept filing the sides no matter how many times I asked him to make the nail rounder. I was charged $15 more than the price online for dip nails. Likely won't be back.

They did a great job on my nails, they just weren't very interactive with customers they seemed to be more interactive with eachother and one guy kept interrupting the nail tech to ask about login info. It was kind of frustrating. Honestly it felt a bit uncomfortable.

I visited this nail salon twice, just to be fair, & i will not be going back for the following reasons: I have thin nails & instead of soaking my nails to remove them, my tech tried to pry them off & literally tore two of them off causing them to bleed (not the edges). He then applied acetone with a cotton ball to stop the bleeding! Ouch! He charged me more than he quoted me BOTH times i visited the salon. The first time stating that it was because my nails were harder to remove than anticipatedanticipated (+$25) & the second visit no reason given (+$30). My nails lifted & a couple came off 5 days after having them put on. My tech did not ask me what designs or colors i wanted! He did his own thing! I have NEVER had a nail tech do this! He did it BOTH times! Tbh, after my first visit, ii hesitated about going back, but i thought maybe it was just a bad day for the guy, but twice.... Nah. I do not recommend & will not be returning.

Waited over 30 minutes for them to open. When the door says 6:30am. Cut my toe during a pedicure, and then acted like it didn’t happen. Then proceeded to wait 45 minutes for them to do my Manicure. It will be a long time before I go back.
