Definitely not impressed, honestly worse pedicure I've gotten. Gel polish is lumpy all over skin, still see color i had on sides of my nails . Wont be back .

I had a very rushed and poor quality pedicure even though my husband and I were the only ones in there. A woman was leaving as we signed in and they asked her to pay in cash (she did) and the man didn't put the money in the cash drawer but went into the back room with it. My husband had a manicure (his was well done) and the woman told him that they work for an older man who was the owner but no longer came in to work. When it was time for us to pay ($70+) they asked for us to pay with cash as well but my husband refused that request. I think this should be investigated but am not sure how to request this? The place was dirty too and I don't know if this is relevant or not but it left me uneasy. The man working on my feet looked so dirty with a heavily stained shirt and longer dirty fingernails that he painfully dug into my toes. It felt so unhygienic.Pictures of man shirt and nails just in case it matters to you like it does me.

Came in with a friend 30 mind after they opened,the place was not busy yet my nails were rushed, I got a basic manicure, my cuticles weren't done correctly and were left crusty and uneven, they looked better before I went in and she filed my nails very roughly and quick she left them rough and sharp as well as misshapen. Could have done better at home, and get this it was 25 dollars for the horrible experience.

Just tried to get a polish change on my toes. There were 2 people working and only 1 customer. They are NEVER busy!! When I asked if they could do my heels too, they said couldn't. Sucks for them. Just lost ANOTHER customer.

I have always had good service here, but yesterday was horrible. Very rushed and did not receive the pedicure that I paid for. I get the Premium pedicure and he barely touched my feet. I brought it to their attention and all they could do is speak in Vietnamese, very rude. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new place to get a pedicure.

i wouldn't even give them 1 star they are horrible, i went to go there about 3 days ago. i was sitting there and asked for a design and what she had done didn't look like the picture, i got a little frustrated so i just asked if we could take them off (she had only glued on the nails and went to go put some sort of stickers on which didn't look like the picture they were gonna make me pay $20 just for them to take that off).she had to do one of my fingers over with mail polish like 6-7 times because it kept messing up in the heat lamp (whole time she was holding my hand tight), it finally came out right so i payed $65 for all of it ( i had to get a whole new design because she couldn't do the nails how i wanted them) and in the end i ended up tipping a $5 so in total i had payed $70. the next day almost all of the nail polish had peeled off, i waited the second day to call because they were closed i called and i told them my problem and the guy i talked to on the phone was speaking in english and as soon as i said "i need a refund" he hung up i called back about 3 more times and each time he hung up until the 4th call and i asked him to stop hanging up and that i needed a refund for my nails, he says that he doesn't speak english and processed to hang up. never got a refund. wouldn't recommend.

Came here for the first time Friday as a walk in with my daughter. They were kind and professional. My acrylic nail fill looks amazing! My daughter received a manicure and the whole staff was so friendly I will definitely be back ! Great experience

They did terrible jobs on a group that came in. a lady gave up half way on someone’s. their prices are wayyyy overpriced. a lady put extra gems on one without even asking just so she can charge extra for it.Service: Acrylic nails

My experience here was horrible. They were really rough with my hands, and took 2 hours for them to only focus on one side of my nail. My nails are different shapes and sizes. I would not recommend coming to Nails unique!!Service: Manicure

If you want simple gel nails, this is the place to go! For the price and time, I love this place for just simple solid colors. And the ladies who work there are always super gentle on my nails.

Let me start by saying I usually give a place a second chance before writing this type of review so after my second visit here it is. THE PEDICURES ABSOLUTELY SUCK. The older lady has done mine twice now and both times were left wanting. She massages with the tips of her fingers like she is disgusted to touch another human. I always make sure my legs are shaved and I take care of my feet between pedicures so it's not like I'm an ogre. She does the minimal on every step. This time I needed a refill in addition to my pedicure. So she was finishing up my pedicure and then said "you wait here 30 min for her to do your nails". WAIT, WHAT? I'm already here.....you knew I needed a fill.....But the girl just sat down and started working on someone else that had just walked in without an appointment. The young girl does a great job on nails though....very happy with how they look.
