First time ever buying a puppy from a store. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. We've had him now for 5 months, and he is a super healthy and happy little guy. I am very happy and grateful that we were able to give him a home.

Seems like the girls in the front of the store were more interested in talking to their boyfriends then helping my family pick out a dog. Then limited us to the selection of dogs we could check out.

The staff all need to get on the same page. Some of them are knowledgeable and the others say the wrong things. We took our boys in there to hold a few of the dogs. One of the staff members said we could not hold the golden retrievers because they had already been out playing and needed to rest timer 1 minute later another family was holding the same golden retrievers that we were told we could not hold. Also the dogs are in really small cages that I don't feel are good enough for them and their prices are outrageous I do understand that certain dog breeds are higher prices but who has several thousand dollars to put up front for a dog that's like the cost of rent for some people it's almost like buying a new car with that price I definitely would not buy a dog from there and would rather adopt one from a shelter

Really disappointed while visiting today. All of the dogs were extremely skinny and shivering. They were all just trying to stay awake in the bright lights. No bedding or anything. Very unfortunate life and they do not deserve this.

They are always very friendly and helpful and seem to really care about thier animals and customers. I will never go to petco again.
I loved them so much I decided to work there. I was there for a bit and I got let go. And then NEVER GOT PAID!! only reason I go in now is because they have my dragons good. Plus they don't take care of thier puppies and kitty's very well while I was there. Neglecting them water because some employees didn't wanna clean up the waste from the animals..

getting our German Shepherd from frontier pets was a great experience! Jameson Was so nice he was there to answer any questions that we had He made the process really easy and was super friendly. Plus, when you buy a puppy, you get a kennel, a bed, food, treats, toys, a leash and collar and dog bowls. Puppies are up-to-date on current shots and you also get a free first pet visit at the local clinic to check out your pup. They have multiple different companies they work with for different types of payment plans. I really recommend frontier pets. Some may think the puppies are a bit expensive, but honestly it’s worth it you know what you’re getting and they are registered
