Both sites handled it very well nobody likes to be humiliated over the phone regarding their prescription especially if they're disabled.

“We love Sam's Club. We stopped shopping at other places because we can save 10-20%. Produce are fresh, meat is good, and we love using the scan-and-go app to avoid the lines at the cashier. Alcohol is cheaper too.”

“I wouldn't go anywhere else. Jim is one of the Pharmacist there. He was previously at CVS. We were so upset when we went to CVS and they said that he didn't work there anymore. And then we found out that he was at Safeway, we transferred all of the prescriptions from CVS to Safeway. He's someone who will answer any questions you might have and if he's not sure he gets on the phone and gets you the answers. He brings back our Faith in Humanity. Best Pharmacist ever”

They seem to Delight in my frustration & only aggravated it.
Nobody likes to be laughed at or humiliated over the phone especially when they're trying to get the prescription and they are disabled or handicapped.
If those women wanting to hurt me they did.
That's why I had to come up to the pharmacy myself in person.
I can't let years of Trauma from kids picking on me because I'm disabled affect my health today so thank you.
Both pharmacies were so wonderful in handling this very hard & awkward situation that didn't even have to take place so thank you for picking up the pieces.

“Im a truck driver that needed some med scripts refilled. Since I was delivering in the area, I had then transfered to this location. I called when they opened and asked if they could have my order done that same day, since I was just passing thru. They said they had what I needed in stock and would get it filled as soon as they could.
They filled my order and I was able to pick it up in a timely manner. I was back on the road in no time. I did thank them for the RUSH service and I hope the company knows what a good job they're doing there in the Pharmacy. Keep up the good job...You are seen and appreciated! ???”
