I picked up a cinnamon roll and the outside was crunchy. The inside wasn't cooked and the dough didn't taste like nothing doesn't taste like any cinnamon rolls that I've ate at any other flying J bathroom stink parking lot is a mess. The cashier was helpful.

Came in to buy some goods and milk a employee buy the name of mat refused to serve me for no reason at all ,he was just to lazy to work the register thank goodness for loves and another gas station across the street looks like mat is not a good employee especially when he doesn’t wanna make money for the company and rather chasers patrons off will never be back. Loves is a way better truckstop and more friendly.

I'm a loyal long-time customer of Pilot and stopped by to refuel and use the restroom. Unfortunately, I had a really unpleasant experience: the restroom stall was being cleaned without any signs posted. The cleaner started yelling at me and even tried to force the door open, not giving me a chance to finish in peace. I'm really disappointed by this kind of treatment and hope that regular customers will be treated with more respect in the future. The name of this person was Mark

I got gas here in May 2025 and then came in to use the facilities. i got some coffee and asked what the prices were for the dinner from the man working named Joe Bob. got a very rude response and let the manager know. i'm going to Loves next time

Breakfast sandwich at 7:20am still cold inside. This is a health code violation! Heat up the food properly and maintain a safe temperature! Also, truckers plz pull your self importance forward at the pump. I have to work maybe you don’t but ten min of waiting on the use of a pump is rude period.

Convenient truck stop off 80. Stayed in our RV to rest our eyes. Negative would be the grounds. Not an empty trash can to be found and a lot of litter!!! Nothing like trash lining the fences and pee bottles littering the parking lot. Trash containers that were emptied daily would definitely help with the piles of overflow. Wyoming is such a beautiful state and unfortunately the grounds did not represent the state. A little upkeep for those who stay would go along way. Thanks the coffee. Staff was very kind.

I drive for walmart in Loveland and Cheyenne i just stopped for coffee and was absolutely disgusted at the condition it was in dirty dirty fuel lanes trash everywhere. Coffee station empty of half and half just disgusting. Get your shit together very sad you all should be ashamed of yourselves. 34 yrs on these roads but I will never stop here again

I had a really bad night because of the employees and the manager of this place. I was humiliated and scolded because I asked for the bathrooms to be cleaned and the manager told me that they are busy and don't have time to clean the bathrooms. There were 7 free bathrooms and the manager was talking and laughing with his workers. He didn't want to do his job. They didn't respect the truck driver because we brought them food, drinks, medicine and everything necessary. I wish they were in our place so that you don't see your family for weeks and I end up going to take a bath and hearing that you haven't had 2 hours to wait. It's not rude 😰😰😰😰

It's pretty sad when you get food here. Then, I have to go across the street to McDonald's to eat. The food here was bad. It's not clean a very clean place.

Stood in line for food, there was 3 cashiers working. The one doing food was slow, that’s fine I understand not everyone is quick minded. When it was my turn he skipped me and helped someone else that had just walked to the store.
