So this is an old pilot right across the street is Lowe’s distribution center and a nice clean new Mavericks for truck drivers and everybody but only a very few across the street as for this pilot do not go here if you’re trying to find parking very little parking very difficult parking you might get trapped inside because they only have one entrance exitwhich makes it really difficult to get in and out of the parking lot and the parking lot pavement is all screwed up. You could tell this pilot does not care about their facility.

The Pilot app and website indicate this location has RV hookup spots. You can't book in advance but talked with employees via phone 6 months in advance and one day before arrival confirming there were RV hookup spots and you pay for your site upon arrival. We arrived at the end of a long day of travel to be told they don't have RV hookup sites at all and had to find alternative accomodations in town last minute.

Walked in 2 women and guy behind the register. They looked @ me and continued on with their conversation. Booked a shower on my phone and after that I left. I been here before some people greet you others look at you as if your crazy. Food is decent but always make sure it’s fresh.

I try to order all cheese pizza because they don’t have it on line , she went inside to check and said we run out of cheese pizza. How it is possible to run out of it, if you have other kinds. You just put toppings to make other ones. Are u kind of joke or what.

The Subway in this Pilot was unkempt, out of some basic necessities, & the one staff member chose to disappear into the kitchen between customers rather than spend time cleaning up/restocking. The customers who came while we were eating had to ring a bell repeatedly to get service. There were only 4 types of chips available & at least 2 drink options were out of syrup. Every table was filthy. Plus diesel at the Pilot was over $.50 more expensive than the Maverick across the road! With the possible exception of truck parking (which is not well marked from the road) & showers, I'm not sure why anyone would go to this travel center.

This has to be the worst truck Stop that pilot and flying j has to offer. I have a dedicated.I've been coming out here for 4 months. Subway is always closed. They barely have any goods to eat that is not processed and can clog your heart or give you diabetes. All They have to offer is diabetes. Their ice machine hasn't worked since i've been coming up here for the past 4 months. They want to charge you even if you come in with your own cup for ice. The people are friendly
yet there's barely anybody that works at this truck stop. The restrooms are semi clean.The showers are atrocious. If you want to spare yourself anguish please do not stop here. They have been telling me for months that they're going to hire more people yet they cannot do so. Who
Ever manages this truck Stop needs to go back to school. I have been driving otr trucks since 1998. And this truck stop here is in the top 3 worst truck stops i've ever experienced. Good luck trying to get anything fresh to eat here. Plus their fried foods are very dark brown where they have been using the oil for a long time.

Spent our 34 hours here. Day 1got there in morning.Went to Subway at 9:42am.The server had made comment we were lucky was just getting ready for lunch & had to close for it.Only worker there.While we were sitting there eating people came in & out looking confused & walked out.No Cinnabons what so ever.No one there.We went in later in day I questioned no cinnabons.We don't have anyone to make them.I offered I said it can't be that hard.2nd morning same server at Subway only employee there & a line.Still No one making Cinnabons.I'm sure one of the employees could have made the Cinnabons instead of standing around chatting other employees instead of excuses. Parking area was well maintained.Trash cans were never over filled.
