  Very clean facility, can sometimes be super busy but overall a good experience. I wish they stayed open a few hours later during the week but I'm glad they open so early.

  A straightforward and clean gym with amazing staff. Shout out to Lloyd for helping me sign up to this gym and guiding me through the Planet Fitness app! He's an incredibly amazing and friendly guy who knows what he's doing and even gave me a tour of the place! Now that's customer service! 😁

  Nice clean facilities, not crowded. friendly staff. they have both stand up and lay down tanning beds/booths which were really nice with fans so you don't feel too hot/uncomfortable

  This place is everything opposite of what planet fitness should be about, the employees are super rude and always on their phones, they essentially harass members every few minutes and come at it aggressive, several times the manager has rudely yelled at people to leave and never come back over things like having their bag with them on the floor, I recommend avoiding this gym at all costs! If you wanna workout somewhere clean that actually enjoys people being at their gym, go to Golds!

  The Cheyenne planet fitness is on point. The management is awesome, the employees are enthusiastic and friendly. All the equipment is well taken care of.

  Always clean and well maintained. The trainer, Ashley, is good people and will help you if you need a specialized work out plan built. For those that don't want to download the app to your phone to check in ask for a key card. They have them but the manager and his crew will try to force you to use your phone.

  It closes at 10 on weekdays which was kind of surprising to me but not shocking I guess, being located in Cheyenne, but they open at 4am so it's almost like they are open all night. It is quite a big location with tons of equipment. The hydromassage lounges are super strong, which I love, it was so relaxing, and they even have other channels on the TV's besides the standard music channels or PF advertisement channels. In fact, the whole black card spa was quite big as well. The staff was also really friendly.

  I’ve been a loyal Planet Fitness member since 2015 and have visited many locations over the years without any issues—until I came to this one. Every single time I walked in, the staff had something to say about what I was or wasn’t wearing. It felt like I was being singled out and harassed on every visit.
  
  When I politely asked to see the policy they were referring to, the employee walked away, and another staff member came over to tell me that I made the first employee “feel stupid” for asking for the policy. That’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
  
  The way I was treated here was rude, unwelcoming, and not at all in line with the Planet Fitness “Judgement Free Zone” motto. I have since canceled my membership and joined a much better gym where I’m treated with respect.

  I've been to many of the planet fitness facilities and have never seen an employee on their hands and knees scrubbing the showers. The women's room was the cleanest I have ever seen in a Planet Fitness gym. When I complimented the employee they said they clean the gym every week and the locker rooms every night. The rest of the gym was looking very well maintained as well and the equipment worked well. They have bar pads that you are able to barrow free of charge. Overall great experience.

  I’m a truck driver so #1 concern to start is always parking, don’t park in front of this location, I went around back it was way less crowded and security didn’t say anything. Everything else was up to par, shower was good and equipment was as well. Thank a lot for letting us get a workout and shower and also most importantly not hassled about parking

  Small and awkward gym with rude employees. They act like its a TSA checkpoint just to enter the facility to workout. Part of what I pay for as a black card member is access to all facilities nationwide and ive used my membership across the country and never been questioned at all or asked to fill out special waivers in such a rude way like this poor facility in Cheyenne wyoming did. Laramie is a much better location and Cheyenne isn't in their franchise for a reason.
