Great place to shop!!! I needed last minute gear for a baseball game, and Trey was absolutely amazing!!! He helped me find everything I needed at a very reasonable price!! Will definitely be back.

Brought a hat that I received as a gift in for embroidery. The embroidery machine ruined my hat. They stated that because I didn’t buy the hat there, they could not replace it. This is a $40 new era fitted hat. All they did was refund the $11 that I paid for the embroidery (they make you pay in advance) I told them that they should at least give me some store credit or something. The store manager stated that he would talk to the district manager and call me the next day. I never got a call back. I honestly would’ve been fine with pretty much anything they offered, but they simply offered nothing, which is completely unacceptable. I was a regular at this store, but I will be purchasing hats elsewhere from now on.

Horrible experience. Will never do business here again. Evan the manager was rude and unhelpful. Tried to return a defective hat and was blamed for damaging it!! I bought it yesterday and the snap on the back broke due to faulty stitching whenever I tried to put it on.. He wouldn't accept the return or exchange the hat and refused to let me speak with his boss or give me any info to file a complaint or speak with a higher up. Extremely displeased with my overall experience and encounter with Evan.. I just left the broken,defective hat on the counter and left. He said he was going to throw it in the trash. This how the "manager" treats customers. Customer service is dead nowadays. All after spending hundreds here and being a collector, planned on spending more here but I'll go elsewhere from now on. I work by the mall so I'm going to start taking lunch there an sitting in front of this store and tellin everyone walking in how bad of a store it is and cause a scene. And how inept the manager Evan is and confrontational and rude he is. Lids is wayyyyyyyy better and has better prices and selection of jerseys and hats anyways so I'll go there or just order online.

I wouldn’t recommend having embroidery done by Breanna E. I had went in and had a horrible experience with her, Bryson will definitely be my go to when going Into the store again. Super kind with great customer service, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!

Great store for the sports fan. I wish they had a greater selection of players for the team I went to go shopping for. But other than that it's still a great place to get fan gear!

I mean here at this location they have nice jerseys and all but as far as hats go they never get any pro image exclusive hat drops. the last couple that were announced to drop never came to the store it’s very disappointing, pretty much you go there to look at the same hats and you’d be surprise how many people acutually look forward to the exclusive hat drops.
