ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT EVER ORDER A PRE-MADE HOLIDAY MEAL! THEY WONT HAVE IT!! THEY GAVE ME A RAW TURKEY AT 11AM ON THANKSGIVING DAY!!!! AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I TRIED TO GET THE SITUATION HANDLED!! IVE CALLED 5 TIMES AND THE GM, KACEY, REFUSES TO CALL CUSTOMERS BAK!!!

today I witnessed a deli employee spew racist remarks about a coworker to another coworker. I stepped up to say something, but an elderly woman in front of me beat me to it and told this racist employee off. I'm sure it was reported to management. I'd like to know if something was done about this hateful and unprofessional employee.

if you are gonna make people check themselves out you better have bigger self check out areas. Only have enough space for 1 bag. The stupid Starbucks has so much room....for one worker. 1 actual register open so you have to use self checkout.
