By far the worst motel experience I've ever suffered, and I'm 50 yrs old and have stayed more motels than I can begin to count. I made reservations and arrived dead tired, literally falling asleep on my feet. For over 2 hrs, I called the number for the front desk and nobody ever came. I paid for a room and had to sleep in my truck. they refused to compensate me in any way. With the few hours I had, I bought a black light and a blue light and let's just say the place is also disgusting. I'm at a different motel and showered, yet I still feel contaminated by the place. I wish I had just left after waking up in my truck bc their customer service was so poor.

He was prompt, courteous, and professional.They definitely have my business for now.On every time I come through cheyenne, this is where I'll be staying!

Black mold in the bathroom. Tried to contact management but no response. Motel construction in process. Nails, screws and tack strips in parking lot. Drywall dust throughout common areas. Broken and unsafe benches in front of motel. Ice machine not working. Carbohydrate only breakfast, no eggs, meat or other protein. Recent management change seems to be cutting costs and quality across the board.

Worst place ever. We have stayed in a lot of motels and the was the worst. Rooms had bare minimum. Placed chair under door to try keep door locked. Never again

I do not recommend this hotel. To start off; the windows barely lock, there are stains on the sheets, and the smell is god awful. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms. The entire place is dirty, and the staff is rude. Don't waste your time or money on this place, it's not worth it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Sleep in your car before you get a place here. WIND TECHS ITS NOT WORTH THE CHEAP PRICE! Whole motel is run down and smells from the moment you walk in. My room had disgusting stains that were freshly wet when I first sat down on the bed. The beds were horrible. WiFi is atrocious. Only decent thing was that the guy switched me rooms no problem. I’ve stayed in tons of bad motels while traveling for work and this motel makes the top stop for worst motels in America

Staying here for work paid a week in advance told the manger I may not be there all week but it was easier to Pay for the week because of the hours I had to work. She told me that would be fine if I had to leave early she will refund the days I did not stay. Stayed 3 days no refund.

It's a 2 star, beginning to be run down, owner needs to do something about the age of the building and decor. The staff are very hospitable.

rooms was disgusting . Trim falling off the walls. Looked like black mold behind it all . Reeked of cigarettes and I'm not sure what the other smells were. Very very gross. Spend the extra 50 bucks for a way nicer place . Yuck

Omg . Can I just say that the general manager there is very accommodating friendly and is a great problem solver and will help out any which way she can. I like how friendly she is with the guests and with their staff she's courteous she should get a raise

No one at front desk when checked in had wake someone up. Phone number provided at front was invalid number. Room reminded me of Crack hotel in movies discussing

Despite the reviews I stayed anyway. I am not disappointed. Older hotel, doors are inside, very quiet, extremely clean, pretty spacious king room, decent channels, carpet looks new, friendly front desk only thing I didn’t like is the wall outlet is really loose so the lamp and my phone charger kept going off and on. Finally got it in a good spot to stay on! Internet SUCKS here tho. The knob on the heat/air is really hard to turn. Older 2in1 unit but it did its job. No hair dryer. Great hot water pressure tub/shower. I travel with oversize so I will definitely stay again if presented with the opportunity. And be SURE to eat at T Joes. Steaks are simply delicious 😋 just for the record >>I had two bath towels, one shower towel for the floor, one hand towel and one wash cloth. Another review said they were charged for towels
