I had not been in a Ross. Found 3 dresses that I liked. I stood in line to pay with 2 people ahead of me and 1 checkout girl. As people were lining up another checker came and picked a girl out of the other line before me. I continued to wait and when it was my turn the checker looked at me and said the line starts back there. Next. I had to go stand behind 4 other people. She had seen me standing there. I didn't know there was a line forming elsewhere. I but my dresses on a rack and left. I won't shop there again.

Department store. Shelves were very empty and what was on the shelves was extremely disorganized. The cue to checkout was annoying. Store wasn't clean.

It's Ross, great place for name brand shoes on the cheap. The place is organized like someone with ADD but it's my go to place for shoes since Sierra Trading Post quit with the 3rds
