“I went to a FedEx Office Store in Cheyenne to ship a package because I had FedEx Home label. I needed help with packing and staff at FedEx said they couldn’t help me. Very disappointing. So I went to this UPS Store and they were more than willing to help me. And they did. So refreshing to see people and a company willing to help. Huge thumbs up to Dave and his staff!!”
