Horrible. Called the number for some guy working from home who clearly couldn’t control his children or wouldn’t go to another room I had to ask him to constantly repeat himself. Then they didn’t show up I’m the scheduled day, I understand there was a snow storm that day but a phone call would’ve been appropriate. Then the driver called the next day and says “I’m here where are you?” I’m at work you were supposed to come yesterday. This was in December.
Then in January I still get charged for a service they did not perform. I called the 800 number and it was confirmed no service was provided and I would be getting the charge refunded. It’s May and I still don’t have my money. I’ve emailed and called multiple times and keep getting confirmation emails that this is taken care of but this company has stolen my money.
**UPDATE I wish I could give zero stars. I sent an email to the email provided and have heard nothing!!! They still have my money. NO SERVICE PROVIDED. USE SOMEONE ELSE
**UPDATE After 6 months I finally got my money back.

I called there phone number listed . It is a national number they will not list a local number. I was told they were open but after a 45 minute one way drive I pull up to a closed business. After another phone call a rude person informs me that they in fact are closed. Go somewhere else where you can call a local number and talk to people that really do care.

If any of you are thinking about doing business with Shred-It on Fox Farm, please consider using someone else! My company partnered with another business in town for a community shred day, and the shred trucks failed to show up even though they’d had a signed contract since January. Unfortunately, we couldn’t cancel the event since it had been advertised on social media for several weeks. Shred-It's poor excuse for failing to show up was that they didn’t have it on their schedule. We were able to reschedule them to come back another day between 8-8:30am, and they FINALLY arrived after 10am, but only after giving us the run around and eventually blocking our calls. I'm at a complete loss over how a business can be so rude and unprofessional.

Contractors/vendors beware!! Not only do you have to wait 60 days for your invoices to be processed, the back office operators are slow to pay you for your work. After repeated back and forth conversations with different personnel, thinking that things were taken care of; I've regrettably come to the conclusion that I have to take them to court for failure to pay over 12 invoices.
The only thing good about this place is when they were A-Z Shred it company. The office in Cheyenne values it's customers and they are good people, but the Colorado base does not value it's vendors. I'm so disappointed in this company.
