Nice truck stop.....until you walk into the mens restroom where you'll find the aftermath of a category 5 tornado 🌀 very filthy, 1 clogged toilet, 2 without toilet paper and a bit of graffiti on doors and walls. A restroom is a very good representation of how lazy or not the janitor/staff are....enter at your own risk.
The fact that the owner answers these comments but does nothing to better it, is confusing🤷

Staff are really good. But $2.32 for a 40oz refill is absurd.

The pump clearly stopped on its own, indicating the tank was full, but the fuel only gave me 100 miles less than what I usually get when it's fully filled. Even though I paid about $15 more for premium fuel, it wasn’t actually full. It’s hard to believe, but it feels like the pump may have been tampered with. This seems like a scam. Be aware. Stopping by because it’s cheap might end up costing you more than any other gas station.

I agree with the drivers this place is wack. The staff are very rude. Since when is somebody unable to check the balance on their card. I am a senior with a disability and I was denied.

Not a user-friendly location for professional drivers. The showers shut down at 6pm!!!! Truckers do not have bankers hours!!! No apology from the "lady" at the counter. Why is this even a truck stop??? If I could give it a minus 5 stars for that, I would.
Thumbs up for the hard-working guy with the clipboard. He was willing to help me out in a pinch. Thank you! ???

Stopped to get gas for my bike and wanted a drink. Stopped just outside door to make sure I had enough funds in my account, for all of 5 seconds before an employee asked what i was doing. I asked him why and he responded just making sure your not loitering...

Used to be my favorite place to get gas when I commuted everyday to Cheyenne. First the loud, obnoxious commercials blaring into your ears. I think they should be a little more courteous to their customers (or Ex-customers in my case). Since they already have money paid to them from the gasoline sale. Not many other gas stations in Cheyenne disrespect their customers like this.Secondly, during a recent storm, I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. I wanted some chicken to go, to eat on my way back home. The woman behind the counter said they are out of biscuits. I simply asked if I could get an extra piece of chicken (even a wing could suffice) or a discount since I was not getting a biscuit. She could've just said no, and all would be good. Maybe say they can't do subsitutions etc. Instead She gets this real snide look on her face. Tells me in a very condescending way, that "That is not the way that works". You don't get any special deals like that! And goes on and on, all this attitude coming from a simple cashier. Meanwhile there were no fresh tire tracks in the snow when I drove up. And I was the only one there. I am sure those 4 pieces of chicken were thrown out as scrap. Instead of getting money for them. Even at a discounted rate. That is how that works. But reading some of these other reviews. They seem to hold onto food long past what is exceptable by the health department. Unlike Flying J which is right across the street. Where I got my food to go. Much better than the dried out chicken I would've eaten from Sinclair. On my way back home, I counted very few cars on the Interstate that night. And I doubt that Sinclair had more than 2 customers that evening, if that.Sometimes a bird (dollar) in hand is worth two in the bush.
