We had a very positive experience at our local Sleep Number store in Cheyenne. We have had previous experience with Sleep Number beds and have found they far outweigh traditional bedding in comfort and longevity. Shoutout to Colline - the Cheyenne store representative. She was honest and straightforward when my husband and I decided to purchase a new Sleep Number bed.

These beds are great while they work. Make sure you have a base with edges to keep the mattress from slipping around because when it does, the hoses come undone or get squeezed enough to slowly release air causing the bed to deflate. There is nothing worse than getting up in the middle of the night to reconnect the hose. Also, the 25 year warranty..... Every year sleep numbers percentage of the warranty goes down while yours goes up so at the end of 25 years you are paying 100%. So just a few years in, you end up paying a few hundred dollars for a new mattress when it gets a hole in it. These beds are a huge waste and just not worth the hassle. I included photos of the gasket rubber parts cracking and disentegrating after 7 years. The maintenance is horrible on these beds!
