I have made it a mission to make sure I tell everyone not to purchase a sleep number. It’s a glorified air mattress. If you have a partner and you both can’t agree on a soft or firm mattress, try harder, avoid sleep number at all costs.When we were still paying for the bed (we had it less than 2 years at this point) there was a part that broke. We called to see what we can do to fix this, the store told us that we had to wait a couple months for a technician to come from a different state. Mind you this is a BED. A bed that we sleep on every night. Once the technician came out, we then had to pay the technician even though we were still making payments for the bed!There are many other reasons why one shouldn’t buy a sleep number. However, when I’m reminded in a couple months on this dreaded company, I’ll make another post on another experience about this place so can be shut down.

The ad said 50% off on Sleep Number mattresses. The sign above the mattress said 30% off. The invoice said 10% off.The total out the door with cover, pad and delivery was nearly 160% of the list price for the mattress.The people were courteous.

I purchased a bed at this store. It was an easy process and the staff was great to work with, however the long term support from Sleep Number corporate was terrible and makes me regret my purchase. Within the two-year warranty period, the footwarmer on one side quit working. After visiting the store and finding out that I had to call an 800 number for service, I embarked on that journey. Ultimately, it was replaced after several phone calls with long hold times and delays in the service technician crew coming out from Casper. The total process after the first attempted phone call lasted over six-months. They were nice and didn't charge me any fees which helped me retain my loyalty and favorable opinion.Within six months the replacement heater stopped working. For weeks I tried to get in touch with them over the chat feature and phone. Wait times on the phone were over hours and I sat in the chat queue for almost eight hours to only get a broken connection when I was up and they answered. Finally, I got through and spent 90 minutes on the phone with a representative, who was very nice to work with. However he was handcuffed by corporate and indicated that I would be responsible for the repair costs. I was shocked that they would not guarantee parts they had just installed within 6six months of failure, which was over the summer and fall when the warmers are seldom used. He did end up getting corporate to waive the fee for the parts but still charged me the $99 technician fee.I fear that this will only happen again in six months or less and I will again have to waste my time to only be saddled with a bill again. I believe I have wasted way too much time on this Sleep Number bed and urge everyone to avoid them. Recently, I have specifically urged family members asking about my bed to avoid it like the plague, I'm happy they listened.

Waited a month for delivery then they called the day of when it was supposed to be delivered(waited 2 hours) to find out they didn’t know where the bed was and it would be another month to get it delivered. So annoyed right now. Won’t be referring them ever!

Veronica is the best! Shes so sweet and helpful. This was our first big, adult purchase to get a good bed and she was very helpful and knowledgeable with getting us something that suited our needs. I highly recommend going to see her! And sleep number is better quality for the price. Denver mattress is way overpriced. Go to sleep number for your mattress needs!

Wonderful sales person Veronica Ghan. Was only person there and handled all her customers. She didntvtry and brush anyone she made us feel welcome . was informative wonderful personality. Helped us pick perfect bed and accessories. My shopping exsperience was great. I can't wait for my bed!

My husband and I purchased the p5 smart bed and wanted to give it a fair chance to adjust to the new mattress. After 30 days we were not thrilled with how it felt but knowing we had 100 days to "try it", we wanted to give it more time. After 60 days we decided we wanted to return it and we were shocked with the horrendous customer service we received. We were not informed when we purchased the mattress that there would be a $199 fee to send it back, after just being charged $199 to deliver it in the first place. So basically you can try any mattress you want for 100 days for $400! It is a scam and calling customer service is the last place I ever want to call again. I have never spoken to such rude people. After all this, we unfortunately decided to keep it due to not wanting to give them $400 to "try" the mattress. Customer service also informed us that if we wanted to return the mattress we would not be able to get a refund for the package we purchased which included a mattress pad and a pillow for $250. We were also informed when we purchased the bed by the in store salesman, Colleen, that ALL beds come with the under bed lighting. Again, another let down as ours did not.We will never recommend a Sleep Number mattress to any of our friends or family and will insist they purchase any other type of mattress, we sure wish we had.
