I rented a unit in Cheyenne and only like 2 days after I rented it they locked me out. Finally I regain access to my unit and it's fine for a while. Then I had a friend help me at storage and I ended leaving my car there and when I went back to get it, it had been broken into and the manager just laughed at me. Then, when someone tried to break into my unit and I called the police, the manager said it was me on camera and gave me 2 days to vacate. Then didn't even give me the whole 2 days before locking me out again and in the next 2 days they took all my shift and did something with it. Still haven't got an answer yet.

The staff is very organized and friendly. The unit was clean and ready for storing my belongings in it. It’s in a secure lot and right off a main Hwy.

Speedway Storage has been nothing but great from day one. The facility is always spotless and very well-maintained, which really gives you peace of mind when storing your belongings. Security is clearly a top priority here, and I always feel confident knowing my stuff is safe.
The customer service is excellent—everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional, and more than willing to help with anything I needed. Their pricing is fair and competitive, especially for the quality you get. Plus, the location is super convenient and easy to access.

We had our trailer stored at speedway storage and received an email stating our trailer windows were broken in over the weekend. When I went to get pictures of the windows for insurance purposes, I realized someone had broken into the trailer and completely trashed it. Our trailer has since been totaled. The management at this facility is subpar and they do not abide the facilities open hours. On six separate occasions we were unable to access our trailer because no one was in the office during open hours. Just disappointed. I would recommend not using them.

Place is joke. Won't answer the phone during business hours. Gate code doesn't work. Answer the phone after hours??? What a laugh. 24 hours my ass. Won't be back.

Everything was just fine until under new ownership. Storage fee went up $40.00 a month and now they are charging a mandatory "protection plan" each month, which is just a grab for more money. No details of the "plan" has been provided, so they are charging for a service that is undocumented. I cannot believe the Insurance Commission of Wyoming would all the inforced insurance. For once California is on the more rational side? Shame on you Wyoming!

I wish there was a zero star. Not only did the rent go up $40.00 a month under new ownership, a mandatory protection plan has been added at $13.00 a month. A copy of the "protection plan" has not been provided and Chris at the site has no idea what it covers, she is still waitng for the 'brochures'. Seriously???

The manager has helped me several times when I needed a unit last minute for friends or family. Highly recommend! I've been renting units here for so long I consider the manager and grounds keeper friends.
