For some reason my phone locked itself today and I couldn't access anything. Mari spent over an hour trying several ways to open it. Found a way without having to reset everything. Can't thank her enough!

our family had visited another t mobile store to activate an old phone to save some money, unfortunately the store seemed more interested in selling new phones than helping us with our needs. after a couple attempts and several hours at that store we went to the mall location to get a new phone. we were extremely lucky in getting some truly caring employees and after explaining our situation this location was able to activate our phone and save us hundreds of dollars! words can’t explain how much we appreciate this team… it’s hard to find ppl that truly care

Went in there at the beginning of July to trade in my iphone 11 for their iphone 14 on us promotion. Ive done this in the past in Florida so i didnt think anything of it. We talked in depth about which iphone I have to get and the cost to me each month ($0 like in the past). They said it may take a month to reflect the $0 because their system takes a while to upload the contract. After 3 promises of “its going to be free next month” I called customer service, who apologized for the lie and said the store has to change it. I called the store, where Justin answered and said that the sales representatives were wrong that day because I am on the magenta plan and that I need to call customer service to switch to 5g for only an extra $10 a month in order to get my iphone 14 for free. I called customer service and repeated that, who explained that he was dishonest as well. Switching to 5g would make my plan well over $200 a month for just 2 lines and a military discount on top of that AND my phone will NOT be free, like they promoted. Now the store won’t return my calls :) I cant get my phone back and im paying for this phone that was supposed to be free. This location is a joke. Go to a different location. All three people I dealt with lied to me for their stores benefit.

Staff is nice, cell service is by far the worst I've experienced in this region. Very frustrated to have to go back to my previous carrier!

A really patient young lady named Mari helped my husband and me to get a new phone set up that we’d received in the mail a week earlier. She transferred our data, etc from old phone to new phone and helped set up the old phone for my husband. Mari spent a lot of time with us; I felt guilty and apologized several times. Mari said, “You know, this is my job and I’m absolutely going to take as much time as it takes to make sure we get this right!”In a time when elderly folks like us sometimes aren’t able to get the services we need due in part to age discrimination…it’s so encouraging to find sweet, kind sales folk like Mari and Chase at this store!! When we need new phones…guess where we are going?!!! Yep, right back to the store we received outstanding service!Thank you Mari and Chase!

I have never had anything but poor service at this T-Mobile. Today I called to ask if they have a certain phone in stock and the employee, Robert, refused to help me. I advised I would not be coming into the store if I didn’t know whether or not they have the phone I don’t want in stock. He laughed and said “okay, fair enough”.

I'm sure this is not usual.The store manager venny was rude even after acknowledging that there where people waiting over an hour on him and one other store employee to finish one customer.Waist of time and a manager who needs to be demoted a few times over.Thank you for hearing my complaintsGood by for now

Just over a month ago we went there to get new phones and the service was wonderful. Alex helped us and he was incredibly helpful, patient and friendly. We moved from the DC area where customer service was non-existent so this was a refreshing change to be treated so well. Keep up the GREAT work!

Gisselle absolutely refused to help me. I had bought a new phone and just needed to activate it. I had my id, knew the account pin, knew the security question, offered to have the account holder send over info and she kept insisting she would lose her job for activating my phone. Had to go to the other store where I was happily helped and told it was no problem.

At first things were fine, was dealing with a competent gentleman (Colton?) on all of my prior sign-up questions and initial phone/watch decision.However, I stopped seeing him around and had to deal with a very irritable General Manager (Gian) who had no patience with his employees, and was seemingly fast on his temper with some customers, eventually including myself.First off, I was misled to their coverage, map said I would have full uninterrupted 5G..Well.....I hardly get 5G at all where I live, and with full 4G it's comparable to no service at all, won't do anything.Second, he messed a selection up on my account when he started it, and they were trying to bill me for 2 lines, at first he said he understood the problem, then it ended with him trying to convince me I was somehow $300 delinquent on a 2 week old account.....and tried pressuring me to pay it, a later phone call had my billing fixed....whatever bro ?I emailed the store corporate (Connecticity Source) and to no surprise at all have heard absolutely nothing in response, don't care to, just going to file a complaint with TMobile directly and inform them that their misleading tactics are why I cannot stay with their service.I pay $120/mo for a phone and watch I can hardly use outside of a phone call when it connects, unless I go anywhere outside town....even BFE.UPDATE: was sold a faulty phone and upon warranty of said phone TMobile surprise charged me for the faulty phone in full.Horrible, Abhorrent business practices.
