Walked in 25 minutes before closing and was turned away despite a sign. Walk-ins accepted. My hair is short, and usually, my high fade takes 10-12 minutes. Oh well... found another place up the street, and Kaigen ROCKED it. She will definitely be getting my monthly appointments.

I cannot remember the name of the woman who did our (my husband's and I)hair this past Saturday, but she was awesome! Did a great job on my husband's hair and mine. She communicated well and didn't make a cut without making sure we were on the same page. Transparent, trustworthy, skilled and very nice! We will be back! Thank you!!

Relaxing atmosphere. The ladies listen and have years of experience. I really like how honest they are. If they feel they can't do something you want, they will tell you.
All of the women who work together are fun to be around.

Showed the lady what I wanted. Highlights with a balayage. They put a cap on my head and called it good. They charged me for 400$ for them to put a cap on my head. I walked out with the exact opposite of what I wanted. The pictures I showed her was nothing I walked out with. I was so mad, no one offered to fix my hair or reimburse me my money. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, they mess up your hair and charge you over priced for a mess up you can do at home for free.

Worst haircut I've received in a long time. When Joel and Deb couldn't make it right they started telling customers the cut I wanted is for people with fine hair. Why didn't you tell me that before you started the hack I ended up with? Why did you tell me the layers just needed to be shorter. You (Deb) was so rough on my hair like you were mad, all the time telling me you'd fix it and making reasons for it not looking right.Thanks a lot.

They were horrible to my mother. They talked behind her back and ruined her hair. Took multiple tries just for them to mess it up even more. These woman need better training and need to stop cutting hair until they do. Also they need training in how to be decent people and kind to customers, especially customers they upset by their horrible skills

This is a wonderful Salon, I have had my hair cut, gotten highlights, hair washed and styled. The hair stylists I have had are both very friendly and listen to what you want
