There was a lack of professionalism in customer-employee our interaction . My sister and I had problems getting my phone fully transferred over at home and set up when the employees said I just had to “turn on and follow the steps”.Despite being asked for the protection plan on the account numerous times when getting the phone at the store and trying numerous times to get to protection plan over the phone or online, we still had to go in a month later to get the protection plan applied.We were sold tempered glass screen protectors at $30 each just for them to crack the same day. When we told the employees about our issues, they told us they knew about the issue, that it originated with the distributor and they’d be dealing with it for some time meaning they sold us the product knowing it was faulty/low quality.The phone mail-in promotion they were/are running is faulty as best currently. We mailed in our old phones and vibrating, the warehouse received them the day before Halloween. T-Mobile hasn’t gone through their mail to see that they have the phones.Cell service is decent. We’re staying with them for the price for now but this was a lot of drama for the first month of service with them.

They lie, they cheat, and they steal. I switched over with the promise of saving, but from month one, they refused to honor the deal they presented on the TV for months. When I called them out on it they straight lied and told me their was no such add. Now I have a copy of it and I plan on sueing them for false advertising and price gouging.

The most manipulative, money hungry salesman I've ever met. Tmobile has been the worst customer experience I've ever experienced with the phone company. They've charged me double for a wearable watch that a salesman convinced me to get. They tried milking more money out of me by charging a restocking fee for some thing the sales person convinced me to try out and swore it would be free to return. The store the Online chat, and the call center are never on the same page and always give me completely different answers. I was promised a refund for the extra charges by multiple people. I still haven't gotten my refund.

Helpful employees, great coverage, prices and the home internet service is better than I thought it would be. Anything is better than the useless ISP I had prior to tM.

Awesome upgrade experience! All of the employees were lovely, but I specifically worked with Vinnie for my upgrade today. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and provided superior customer service. I am prone to ask lots of silly questions and Vinnie was so polite and kind in answering each one. Upgrades are always exciting, but tend to take forever. Not today. Vinnie was on top of the process and it was by far the easiest and most pleasant upgrade experience in my 7 years with TMobile.??

Service is absolute garbage, constantly dropping calls, failing to call out or receive calls, losing data. Works great in Colorado but here in Wyoming I would not recommend the money you save over Verizon.

Ryan and a few others (whose names I didn’t catch) were very helpful! I had questions and wasn’t sure which direction to go in, phone wise. They were very patient and willing to chat at length to help me decide. I really appreciate the awesome customer service!

We went in at 6:40 at night last minute to just chat about switching our phone service for 3 lines from AT&T because we have NOT been happy with them or their service. Ryan and Alex were so very helpful to us and even though they had to stay after closing time to help us they were beyond friendly and helpful . We are so happy we were finally able to make the switch to T-Mobile and working with them made it even better ! Thank you guys so much for such a great experience, it is greatly appreciated.

These guys are great (Ryan & Alex). These guys went above and beyond. They even dealt with my sarcasm- and gave it right back. They were human not salesmen - they almost sold me on a tablet but I wanted to save money on my wireless vs pay the same! Great dudes would recommend in a heart beat!!

Amazing customer service! Vinny helped us and did a great job. Made us feel very comfortable with the decisions we were making with our phone plan and adding my husband onto the phone plan. Would highly recommend going to him!

These guys were great. I had an issue with a phone that didn't exist on my account so I wasn't able to upgrade. They helped figure it out and I was able to get the upgrade I wanted.
