Would not recommend. My wedding band and engagement band separated and I took them in to have them sodered them back together. Instead of using new gold, which I was charged for, he took part of my engagement ring gold off and used it to soder the two back together, so now I have a mismatched set that I will have to take to another jeweler and pay to fix.

This was the absolutely worst experience I have EVER had with a business in Cheyenne. I received a beautiful ring for my birthday that I ended up having to get cut off my finger. When I went to Teton, the owner was confident he could resize it without losing any diamonds, and it would look like new. He said if any did fall out, he would simply place them back in. I felt really good about it when I left. When I picked up the ring, it looked ok in the store's lighting, but when I got home, there were diamonds completely MISSING and he said nothing about it. There was also a baguette diamond set completely vertically. Additionally, he said he rhodium plated the ring, which we paid for, and another local jeweler confirmed it had not been plated and confirmed the missing diamonds. When my husband took the ring back, the owner was dismissive but acted like he didn't know about the missing diamonds and didn't even acknowledge he hadn't plated the ring. He said he would fix it like new. My husband came in weekly for over a month to check on progress, and kept being told they were waiting on rhodium to arrive. Each time a date was given, and we heard nothing. Finally, my husband was able to pick up the ring this week. It looks absolutely terrible. There is spotting all over the metal, it is not sized correctly, and the diamonds are not even. We are confirming the diamonds that were replaced were actual diamonds, and I will update my review if not. However, I am not sure how they disappeared and then re-appeared. Overall, we are weighing our options to get the ring replaced. Please, do not trust this person with your jewelry! If we had not looked hard enough we might not have taken this in for a second opinion. A total waste of money. We might have been able to get it fixed by another jeweler, but we tried to support local and the reviews were good. Now, we feel it is beyond repair without spending hundreds of dollars. I wonder how many people they have done this to!

Very nice employees. Reasonable price for an appraisal and seemingly quick turn around. It takes a couple of days and $45 to get something appraised. The paperwork takes a little longer, but at least you get the piece back in a couple of days. I like locally owned places and I'm sick of the big name jewelry stores ripping me off all the time.

Truly horrible customer service - I do not recommend them at all. I came in for 2 purposes: a necklace I needed repaired and a ring I wanted to consign. They took both, telling me they would call me when the necklace was repaired and when they had a contract for my consignment item (which they estimated would take about a week). After a month I hadn't heard anything, so I stopped by but the shop was randomly closed during their open hours. After two months, they finally answered a call - my necklace was done, but no one had felt the need to call me. I went in to pick up the necklace repair, and asked if they had a contract for my ring. They said they'd get one written up over the weekend and call me on Monday. Monday came and went, no communication.Over the next ~6 months I would try calling randomly and not get an answer, or swing by and they'd be closed. Finally, I stopped by at a time they were open. By this point, they'd had my ring for nearly a year. I went in and told them I just wanted to pick up my ring because I had never heard anything from them, never received a contract, etc. One gentleman tried to help me, but the older gentleman began raising his voice at me telling me I needed to come back later since he had to "set stones, there is a WEDDING" (this was on a weekday). I told him I would rather not come back later since I had been waiting so long already, and he continued to yell at me that I just needed to come back. I went and sat in my car in front of the store for one hour (because I did not trust them and half expected them to just lock up the store and leave), then went in and was able to finally retrieve my property.AVOID AT ALL COST - they have no business management, poor customer service, and quite frankly, I'm surprised I got my property back at all.

We are visiting from Florida. I came in to have my rings inspected. I left with beautiful polished rings! I will be bringing my broken jewelry for repairs on our next visit.

Got my ring resized by quite a bit. Another jeweler in town wanted to charge $125 + because of having to tighten the diamonds once resized, and a wash.Went to Teton Jewelers and they charged $70 said all those extra things they were tacking on at the other jeweler comes with the package no added on fees. The gentleman gave great advice on the sizing and was amazing to work with. Highly recommend this place!
