Tisha at the TSC in Cheyenne is about as proficient and professional as I've seen in retail. If they're smart they'll promote her.

Thank you Matt and staff for visiting with my partner and I while we waited for our ride on Friday. You all made a stressful situation a lot less stressful. And thank you for letting me leave my car there overnight. I’d go back to your store any day just to visit with everyone again!

My trip today was like every other trip to the Cheyenne store…the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a good laugh about my purchase. Other days when I bring my dog, staff remembers her and always has treats on hand. I really appreciate the service and friendly attitude. ?

Tractor Supply is always a favorite of mine. Fun to browse, and I can usually find my size in Carhartt at a good price. I was camping near this location and needed a few things to hold me over "out there." They had what I needed, I got to chat with the friendly staff, and my wallet wasn't too empty when I left.

I shop at this Tractor Supply relatively frequently and finally feel compelled to leave a review. It seems this location will do anything possible to not refill propane tanks. There is literally one excuse after another. That being it’s too late, sprinkling, etc. For lightening being an reason I understand that but when my WeatherBug app spark lightening tracker says no near by lighting then I don’t understand that. Especially when I just drive across town and Murdochs does it no problem. I’ve never actually been able to get a bottle filled there because of one reason or another. Also, we recently ordered a planter/fire pit to be delivered in store because it was on sale. When we called to verify it was there the person on the phone just kept saying “we have plenty of those in stock.” That’s not what we were asking at all. I just wanted to know if the item was indeed available for pick up. It was like pulling teeth to get the associate to verify. Also, I picked up the item with no receipt or verification which concerned me.Finally, when I’m in store other than the person at the register it seems the employees don’t want to help at all. Literally it seems like they avoid helping or even just saying “hi.”I do like the store for what it provides. Just don’t count on customer service. Also, I’d fill propane elsewhere as even in other reviews it seems consistent that getting refills can be hit or miss.

If your sign says you open at 8am, open at 8am. People have places to be!

Sooooo.....I live "Out There". I have been shopping at this tractor supply for several years for several reasons. Mainly because I don't have to drive all the way to town. I know that I'm going to pay a little more, and it's ok. It's worth it to me. But, sometimes things happen that annoy me. I needed carraige bolts and serrated nuts to fix my hay ring today. I got the bolts and found the nuts. But, two of the three packages of nuts had two and the third package had three. All three packages had the same barcode and cost the same price. I know that I should be grateful for the free one, but, it's annoying. Especially since I actually needed nine, not seven. Little things like this bother me, but, I'm not going to stop shopping there.

One of the easiest TSC's to get into for parts, oil, grease, lubricants and work clothes. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The store is always been orderly. The only drawback is having to park the tractor-trailer on the off/on ramp and hiking it in a gale.Keep up the good work!

Where do I even begin. I purchased a gun safe in anticipation that it would be in brand new condition as I paid a lot of money. I was told when I purchased that I was receiving one from the back of the store still in the box and when it was delivered to my house I was told by the movers that tractor supply sold me a floor model that had a massive scratch/gash in the side of it. I proceeded to go in person to the local store to try and resolve the issue. I was approached by the manger and explained the situation of receiving a damaged item. I was told it was my problem and that I should have looked over the gun safe before taking it. If I am receiving a brand new safe I shouldn’t need to “look over an item.” If I wanted a gun safe with a big scratch/gash I would have bought a used safe privately from someone. I was told that if I wanted to haul the safe out of my basement on my own and return it to the store they would give me another one. The safe is extremely heavy and that’s why I had movers that tractor supply recommended move it for me. The manger refused to pay for the movers to return the safe. Very poor customer service in my mind. I am now stuck with a damaged gun safe. I don’t feel like this is even legal to be selling damaged items. I plan to NEVER shop at my local tractor supply again and will make it very known to all I talk to that this store is dishonest, has VERY poor customer service, and will sell you damaged items at full price. Word travels very fast in this small town.
