Great show room, and staff (Curtis) is great. I had a urn that wasn't in the best of shape, we were under a time crunch and Curtis helped problem solve over the phone and in the store. He went above and beyond for sure. I'd highly recommend them.

Trophy Creative did an excellent job on the band merchandise we commissioned them to make! Curtis was great to work with and did a fantastic job designing a shirt / formatting our other ideas! We were also very pleased to be able pick up or order so quickly! Thanks Curtis and Trophy Creative!

My husband has received very poor service. He gave them a canon shell to have something engraved for a friend who is PCSing. My husband called them on Tuesday 17th to get an update, they said they haven't started on it yet because my husband didn't need it till this Thursday 19th. My husband went in on Thursday 19th to see if it was ready and he was told that they haven't received all the information from him they needed, however, upon checking their spam folder, low and behold there it was, sat in the spam folder for a week. The guy that helped my husband said he would start on the cannon first thing in the morning, my husband confirmed he needed it by 2pm, the guy said ok. Now today, we had a friend go pick it up at 2pm and they told him it wasn't even starter on. He went back at 3pm and again it wasn't started on again. It's not until my husband came back from work around 3:30pm where he could check his phone and say the text from them wanting him to approve the works, however, the person he spoke to yesterday did not mention anything about needing an approval text, also my husband made it very clear he would not have his phone on him. When we came in today around 4pm, they were finishing it up. No comp or discount was given, even tho it was 100% their fault.Not a happy customer, won't be using these services again.Edit: After giving the gift to the friend, we have noticed not one but TWO spelling mistake. Even though everything was written out correctly in the email my husband sent this company. Beyond appalling service.
