UPDATE: Troy Grey contacted me and insisted I bring our vehicle back to Tyrrell Honda. So he could have the car inspected by the Technicians at Honda and try to make things right. Vehicle was inspected, I was shown the issue and it was taken care of. I must say thank you to Troy and his Technicians. My trust in this dealership has been restored and we will definitely do business with Tyrrell Honda in the future.
Thought we found a car dealership that we could trust and get a great deal at. Our salesman Nick was outstanding. We received a surprisingly good amount for our trade-in. Test drive went well in extremely high winds. Purchase went well.
Noticed a TPM (tire pressure monitor) light on. Got home and passenger rear tire was low. No biggy, put air in and light went off. Couple days and TPM on again same tire. Wife noticed a thumping and wobbling while driving. Took the vehicle to D&K Tire & Service to repair and balance the tires. 2 tires needed balanced and 2 tires were out of round possible broken steel bands. They showed me one of the tires as it was spun to be balanced and it definitely was out of round.
I Contacted Tyrrell Honda they had me take the car back to be inspected. Was more than I expected. Car was taken to Tyrrell Chevrolet shop as that’s where 98 or 1 million point inspection was originally done. After their inspection I was told nothing was wrong with the tires it was just the TPM computer system that needed to reset. All was good. So my eyes lied to me at D&K.
So in typical fashion I was just blown off. Drive it and wait for a band to completely break or have a blow out and only the lord knows what would happen. So we will have tires looked at again and probably purchase new tires. Another live, learn and get screwed lesson.
So would we purchase another vehicle from Tyrrell Honda? Possibly depending on what other items were not found during their inspection, waiting for us to find. Will I tell friends and family to buy a vehicle from them. Not now, would have to say they are the same as all dealership. Be careful, don’t buy into the multi point inspection BS.

Top notch experience! Jonathan is just great from start to finish. I came to Tyrell because I was traveling through and had an issue with my front end. I felt like I was getting the Presidents Service treatment. I have actually scheduled additional services with them when my travel schedule allows it. From the shuttle drivers to the service gang, these guys are great! I wish I lived in Cheyenne so I could use them for everything.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service at Tyrell Honda. Back in July my husband and I purchased a gently used Honda Pilot for our growing family and were incredibly excited. Fast forward to the end of August, we went to get the license plates for the vehicle only to be notified that the title was not at the county yet. This turned into a two month saga with multiple trips to the county building and having to front the money for a temporary extension. My husband was the one to continue to call Honda about the missing title, rarely heard from them first. The second temporary extension was denied by the county so we couldn’t even drive our new vehicle for over a week while we waited for the title paperwork to finally get figured out. Besides a reimbursement for the extension, we were offered nothing to compensate for our time and frustrations. Five trips to the county building when it was all said and done, time away from work, stress, and multiple phone calls to rectify something that was completely out of our hands as the customer. Incredibly disappointed with how they handled this situation!

Nick Kruse and Andrew were amazing. They got me the car I wanted for what I could afford. I would recommend here to everyone and this is the only place I will ever go for a vehicle. They go out of their way to help people get into the best vehicle. I would give 10 stars if I could.
