"Friendly and helpful staff" I did not write this! The lady asked for my phone to print the Amazon return label and I watched her leave her own review on my phone. She gave the store 5 stars. Very sneaky. Woud not recommend this store due to the weird experience.

Some days it's fast, others not so much. Normally, even busy most of the employees are friendly. The others are not rude, just quieter. I edited the review to be more clear about what I meant.

I recently had an outstanding experience at the UPS Store, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly Manager Lux and smile by his knowledgeable and helpful attitude.The Manager Lux’s commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my visit. ROCK ON LUX!!!!??
