For reals? They left me a gapping wide open package is aquarium plants. In my mailbox .. like obviously ripped open. Wish I could figure out how to add the freaking photo!

Someone needs to address the attorney general of Wyoming about there slick scam of no refunds on expedited “overnight or next day” packages due to “driver attempted delivery” but was unable to access business……the business in question has a mailbox right by the roadway, so why no delivery, I don’t think they attempted delivery period in which I had to come here and pick up what was sent to me!! Asked the guy behind the counter about a refund and was immediately met with…..No,no refund, see they attempted delivery.

Worst customer service and experience I have ever had at any US Post Office. Employee Lisa was unbelievable rude and unprofessional during a passport appointment. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place and these nasty people!

Not enough people working. Line going out the door. One lady up front and just talking about personal life to customer while other are waiting. Need to get more people trained. There is a help wanted sign inside.

Whatever you do don't go in the morning. There is one person and she will disappear in the back for 15 min or more, leaving customers just standing there wondering if she will ever come back

This review is for JAKE, the employee they have doing keys for cluster boxes. You have no business doing this job if you can’t manage to get keys swapped out in a week. I don’t care if you are a one man show, it shouldn’t take three weeks to knock out a key replacement. That is absurd. You have no business being an employee here. You are single handedly holding up mail and packages for families who are required to have a cluster box. I sincerely hope my complaint with the postal service is seen and something is done about your slow production.

Excellent service.
I typically never need to use this service but once a year usually to send a gift around Christmas.
My mother asked me to sell a collector's Barbie doll on eBay.
Selling on EBay was never a desired Venture of mine.
For good reason something so simple can get complicated when there's a third party.
United States Postal Service staff at this location knew how to walk us through each step of the Ebay shipping process.
Their knowledge on how eBay works save my fiance and I a lot of headache.
***The market is saturated with collector Barbie & Disney holiday dolls.
We are out nearly $20 and God knows how many.
Plus when I explained what was in the package I got a crusty look from every woman, whom I'm guessing, wanted to sell their dolls online as a side Hustle.
News flash! Your responsible for shipping and ain't nobody going to pay more than the shipping cost for that doll.

Just went to get some information on shipping items internationally. The service was great! The woman that helped me was very informative and gave me some different options. Everyone I have come in contact with at this location has been very nice. A lot of these reviews are for people’s specific mail carriers, not with this Post Office location itself.

Wouldn't let me change my address. If you go to the USPS website it says you can change it at the post office!! My mail carrier told me that I couldn't do it through the mail anymore, and that it could be done at tye post office. I went to the post office and waited for 45 minutes only to be told to do it online.
