Postal Supervisor, Judy, was extremely rude to the point of being combative over a package they misdelivered. Gave my wife bad information when it came to trying to track the package down and was practically shouting at her for *their* mistake. Grossly incompetent and zero customer service.

At the time of this visit, I was shipping a package after hours. The automated priority center was available and functional. The system was running a bit slow, but the mission was accomplished!

Been going there for decade’s & they’ve always been helpful & polite. They’re often very busy, don’t be rude or demanding, treat the people with respect

Wish I could give 0 stars. The mail carrier I have is lazy and refuses to deliver my mail. He once wrote on my package, "can not deliver, has dogs." My dogs were INSIDE my house. He had no physical contact with them at all. He couldn't even see them. I have made multiple complaints because my mail isn't getting delivered. He lies and says, "address not deliverable," (second time this has happened) when I've been home all day and there was no delivery attempt at all. I have him on camera talking bad about me. I'm over the Cheyenne USPS.

After being in a long line, I went to a worker with a beard and a very bad appearance for working with the public. I asked him if they had a carton in a warehouse since the shelves seemed to have run out and he responded with a contemptuous attitude. "He thinks we hide the products." Then I went to another post office and they gave me a cardboard from the warehouse. I mean, I don't understand how work works in the USA but they work very poorly, nothing to do with Europe. My experience has been very ugly. I hope they fire these types of unpleasant people. After being in a long line, I went to a worker with a beard and a very bad appearance for working with the public. USPS needs another post office in west Cheyenne for the retail function. The retail function of this office is overwhelmed due to development pressures north and east of town. We are rural and pay for UPS and FedEx shipping to our house because USPS carriers will not drive more than 0.5 mile to the residence. I would pay $1 a stamp to get rid of this outfit and go all private carriers.

Absolutely the most ridiculous experience of my life. Moved into our house back in 2016 and never had an issue for years. All of a sudden the mail carrier stated she wasn’t going to deliver the mail due to a vehicle in the way. There was no vehicle blocking the mailbox. Filed a complaint and they basically took the side of the carrier stating there was a vehicle in the way. All of a sudden the mail starts being delivered again. A year goes by with no issues then all of a sudden again out of the blue the mail carrier states she will not deliver the mail due to vehicles blocking the box. Filed a complaint again with the same response trying to escalate to someone higher up is stupid. A bunch of phone numbers that do not work and go around. How does a professional business operate like this? Ugh I can see why the postal service is floundering. Someone in charge has to be able to fix this.

Would be great if delivery person was not so lazy. It would be great if delivery person would put package into the keyed boxes available for oversized packages when regular box is full. It is the holidays and I guess it is too hard to put package into the auxiliary keyed box. Even leave a ticket? Impossible to get on line products.Have had items sent back and lost due to lazy incompetent delivery folks. Guess Rain, sleet or hail delivery went the way of the steam locomotive? Love it when my packages are delivered by UPS or Amazon. Guess you get what you get with government entities.

Does a great job with putting mail in wrong boxes and giving my packages to neighbors etc.. needs to get their delivery drivers all in check and on page with making sure mail is properly delivered to thy right people.

Would put zero stars if I could. I’ve had 3 packages be “misdelivered” or stolen the last four times I’ve ordered something online. The only time I got my goods was when I stood there and watched the mailman deliver the mail. I’ve called and left multiple complaints (which is a full time task itself to get ahold of ANYONE via phone) and submitted multiple service requests or whatever they’re called and nothing ever gets resolved and they never offer a refund for their incompetence. I’ve even submitted multiple requests to have my mail held at the main location, and they still don’t do what they say they will and lose my packages. To top it all off, if you want your money back because they don’t know how to do their job, you have to wait 15 business days (3 full weeks) to file an insurance claim, where they make you wait again to see if it’s approved, then they make you wait even more by sending your refund via check in the mail (Which is weird considering my mail not arriving is the issue?). They people working here either don’t know how to deliver mail to the correct place, or they steal it and claim they deliver it. Either way, they’re at fault and will get away with it because nobody here cares at any level of the organization.

I had an issue accessing my mailbox for a package and was directed to come here by the downtown post office. My issue was resolved in minutes. If you approach them with respect and common sense then you will get a 5 star service. This is the main office so they are very bush and its important to have patience because you don't know how many people with entitlement and attitude come in and treat them poorly. Unfornatrly common sense is not so common anymore so no matter how bad of a day youre having it doesnt give you the right to ruin someone else's.
