I have tried so many other service providers... they all fall short, either in coverage or in customer service. I keep leaving Verizon because they're expensive, but I keep coming back because my phone actually works when I'm with them and I can walk into a store and get help at any time. I guess you get what you pay for.

I should have written this the day I was in, but I was reminded of how exceptional the service was at this store when I had to go into the Verizon store closer to me today.I live about four hours away. The Verizon store in Gillette is hands down the WORST store I’ve ever been in! We are a military family so we have moved all over and have been to many, many different Verizon stores. Lately I’ve had to visit the Verizon store for one thing or another and I truly avoid going at all costs. When I was in Cheyenne, I figured I might as well go in and get a few things fixed/upgraded so I can avoid the store in Gillette. Make no mistake, I’d rather sit in line at the DMV in a big city then go into a Verizon store, so I had VERY low expectations when I walked in.I walked in at the perfect time because there was only one other customer there and she was already being helped. Corey walked up to me and asked me how he could help. We needed to replace a phone that broke and I have to admit I was probably a little short and I absolutely had my guard up. Corey was nothing but patient and incredibly pleasant to work with! He explained a few things I needed help with, then helped me pick out a new phone for my kid plus a case and a few accessories. He took the time to answer all my questions and honestly just had overall incredible customer service! I was in and out in maybe 25 minutes or so.Truly, Corey was great with us! I highly recommend this store and will absolutely make the trip down there for any upgrades etc.

This corporate store was awesome! Chris (specialist) and Tyler (manager) were both so helpful and personable. Needed a replacement phone and we got it done in under an hour (picked out the model, transferred all data, discussed trade in options, and paid). Efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly!

This store gave me and my family the best experience we have ever had. Everyone in there was super friendly and willing to help with our problem. Ana was great to work with and she really helped to get everything fixed for us along with her manager TJ they both went above and beyond our expectations. From now on this is the only Verizon store we will visit! Highly recommended.

DO NOT COME HERE USE ANY OTHER STORE IN TOWN!! Only got helped for 10 minutes then got ignored for an hour. We had to leave because no one could do their jobs and help. If you want to make your life simple go somewhere else.

I am so grateful for the lady that helped me at Verizon on Friday! I forgot her name but she was absolutely amazing! I had my daughter with me and she was so understanding that she was very energetic and she interacted with her while setting me up with my new phone!

After having read many of the reviews and having my own experience, I can honestly say Customer Service is NOT Verizon's #1 priority; it never has been.I was a customer from 1993 to 2019 and finally left because my bill kept going up with NO changes and Customer Service could NOT explain it, the attitude was "just deal with it".T-Mobile's Customer Service was EXCELLENT, even sending me a brand new phone when I experienced an issue AND calling back to check up. We would still be with T-Mobile if their actual coverage area had been as extensive as Verizon, just BECAUSE their customer service was so much better, and their rates were absolutely better.The one and ONLY reason I came back to Verizon is because of RELIABILITY. When I came back, I heard all these assurances about how Customer Service had been overhauled and was SO MUCH better, now - HA! Wrong - still the same. This store has a few good people working there - hopefully, you get one of them, just remember, they ARE salespeople, and a salesperson wants the sale.

The employees are not knowledgeable of simple troubleshooting. That or they tried to score a commission off of me by saying I had no other choice than to buy a new phone.My phones screen went black. I was only able to screenshot. I could not power off or even restart my phone. I went to the Verizon store on Dell Range Blvd in Cheyenne, WY, where they didn't even attempt to see what was wrong. But tell me my options were to call Asurion and "try to trade in a broken phone" or buy a new phone. Luckily my friend in IT did a simple Google search, which prompted to do a hard reset. Guess what! My phone started right up!!! I am beyond displeased with the very poor customer service that I received today. I do not recommend seeking help from this location in any way.

Sydney was very helpful is getting me set up and rolling with a new phone upgrade. She also did a good job of answering my questions and helping set up my new phone.
