They listened to all my concerns and helped my dog tremendously! She has puppy energy again and she’s isn’t in pain or discomfort and it’s all because of them! 10/10. Boarding: our babies are happy to go in, show absolutely no signs of stress at times of pick up (huge deal for easing anxiety as an owner), and look happy and healthy as they would being at home. Knowing they are in a place that can handle any situation that may arise with a knowledgeable and kind staff- makes going out of town so much easier.
Vet appointment: from front desk scheduling, to greeting, to the tech starting the appointment, and Dr. M's gentle and open approach to care- this place gives so much confidence in animal care all around and we are lucky to have them in our community.
The environment is ALWAYS clean and well kept, the stress levels are mindfully kept to a minimum and the diverse services offered in one building are top knotch.”
“Dr.Marcy and staff have tended to all three of my dogs. They meet the various needs with great professionalism. Moreover, the kindness for all is truly amazing.
The youngest dog is the definition of special needs. He goes in frequently for acupuncture
and can’t wait to go to “his room.””
“Called today (7/10/26) on Friday no less, and Dr.Novak got my 5 cats in for an exam with vaccines and microchips. The utmost care was given to each cat like they were her own. Her vet tech also supplied my cats calming cotton balls while they waited anxiously in their kennels crying. 5 stars isnt a high enough rating for the experience we had today. 10/10 will be back again for any future needs.”

“I’ve had a sick kitty for a couple weeks in and out of the clinic, a few different doctors, lots of different techs and many friendly faces at the front counter and from the second I called the clinic it has been a great experience. The ladies behind the counter are very friendly and knowledgeable as well as just as concerned for my pet as I was, going above and beyond to make sure I was able to get her care. The doctors have all been so meticulous with finding a solution for her and doing any test that could be relevant until we found out the cause of her illness, and all of the techs loved on my baby like they would their very own and took such great care of her. I am so grateful for all of the staff at Avenues, thank you ALL for the hard work, compassion, love and dedication you show at the clinic every single day. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would- we love you, Avenues, thanks for taking care of Gracie!”
