Quick trip, only ran in to look for a specific gift. It was quite busy, but the cashiers did their best to get the customers through the check out lines while managing to stay friendly. The parking lot has no flow when packed.

This is the worse Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacy gave me my prescription once and my medication was a mix of different milligrams (strengths). Another time I picked up another prescription inside the building and the pharmacist rang me up under a completely different name and phi. I told her it needed to be changed and she told me it was fine. The pharmacy constantly calls me about prescriptions I have already picked up saying they are available waiting for pick up. I have also been called about being over charged for my prescriptions and they have asked me to come in so they can fix it. All of this is very bazar and the icing on the cake is when I try to check out at the front counter I have found the cashier on the floor behind the counter completely unaware there are customers waiting. What are you doing back there? Sleeping? Eating? Watching TikTok videos? I'm going to go somewhere else for my prescriptions and everything else.

We drove up to the pharmacy window. 10 minutes had gone by, while no one had come to the window, but several employees had looked at us while walking by, which meant they knew we were waiting. My husband decides to push the button again. A lady comes over, tells us someone will be with us shortly, then proceeds to have the nerve to roll her eyes at us where we could clearly see it. After she fills the prescription, she proceeds to tell us that the total will be $132.00 for only 20 tablets of Amoxicillin. I know Amoxicillin is one of the cheapest medicines usually. We asked how can it be that much with Tricare insurance, and she said Tricare paid $25.00. We knew something was not right, so we said we can't afford that and we could not take it. She then gets upset and says, "Well, they already filled the prescription." My husband again said, "Sorry but we are not paying that amount for Amoxicillin." We went home and called Tricare and they said it should have only been a few dollars. To save ourselves from more drama, we won't be returning to Walgreens.

I literally just left their pharmacy after spending 40 minutes in line while they helped one patient!! There were clearly other staff behind the counter that could have helped and the tech moved at a Glacial pace! I have never had such an awful experience at a pharmacy. There were 10 people in line behind me who were just as frustrated! Never again! I would send your scrips anywhere else!

pharmacy is too slow. they don’t even acknowledge you sitting there and when they do come over and talk to you, they’re not the nicest. definitely do not recommend!!

Every time I go to Dell Range Walgreens I receive Top Notch customer service. Personally like to thank the pharmacy, pharmacy staff and the pharmacy manager for the professionalism, knowledge and positive attitudes that they have for their customers, especially considering that often/many clients are not at their best and coming from doctors to get the medications that will help them feel better. Sick and grumpy clients/customers can be hard to communicate with and this pharmacy staff continuously puts their best foot forward towards making us feel better even before the "A TEASPOON OF SUGAR HELPS THE MEDICINE GO DOWN" as Mary Poppins would say. Thank you to Stephanie the manager, Brian her tech, Tiffany, her tech and the rest of the staff.

Pharmacy is slow and not great at customer service. Makes you sit there needlessly while they do other stuff for 30 minutes. Total price was 33% more than what they initially said for the vaccine

Would give zero stars if I could. Purchased an item, entered my rewards info and specifically told the woman working I wanted a printed receipt because the email they had on file was incorrect. She said that it was impossible for her to give me a printed receipt so I asked her if I would be able to return the items if they didn’t work and I didn’t have a receipt. She ASSURED that I could return them without a receipt and that it would be refunded to my card NOT store credit. I even asked her twice to make sure I could receive a full refund and not store credit. Went back the next day to return it because it wasn’t the correct one and the shift lead was HORRIBLE. He looked up my account and said he couldn’t find the receipt and then told me that he couldn’t refund it. I explained everything to him and that I was ASSURED it wouldn’t be a problem and he just shrugged it off that the employee was wrong and I was out of luck. So frustrated that I am now out money and that a MANAGER couldn’t even be bothered to honor what his employees told me.

Shady place. Workers are lazy. I waited for 5 minutes for someone to show up at the counter to check out. I purchase Pepcid l, advertised with a tag of $23. When I got to the register they charged me $31! The manager came over and said someone must have marked it wrong so I showed him the sign, including the same price on their website and his response was, “Walgeens website is a diffent entity.” Go to Walmart people, don’t waste your time here. These people are lazy and pathetic.

I understand these are hard times for everyone in the Pharmacy. I know they are working very hard everyday under these conditions. But being hung up on really sucks.

Customer service in the Pharmacy over the phone is awful!!!!!!!!!! They say may I put you on a brief hold then it rings they ignore you and place you on hold again. I’m changing my prescriptions somewhere else . They are just to busy.
