“Had some ongoing issues with my now wife’s ring. It was losing diamonds left and right and they would send it off and fix it every time for free. Eventually we decided we have had enough with that and opted to just go a different route with the ring. They were going to give a full refund or store credit whatever we decided. The ring and wedding band combo would have ended up costing more than the original and Richard worked with us on that to make everything feel right as he knew we were pretty upset with the quality of the original ring and the sentimental value. I feel the customer service received from him was excellent. Gives off the mom and pop vibe and appreciative of what he has done.”
