  Ordered some running boards for my truck and XPO delivered on time and in great shape. They called a couple times to coordinate delivery. When Matt showed up to deliver them, he said he installed running boards on a similar truck and even climbed under mine to show me the mounting holes. Great guy and service.

  They visually confirmed what was on the truck before delivery but didn’t drop everything off. I called after seeing what was missing and they denied having the missing pieces despite describing them in detail. Also their drivers don’t actually know how to back up a large truck either which forced them to unload in bad... read full comment
