Buffalo Lodge is a pleasant and comfortable place to stay in Chugwater. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff are friendly, helpful, cheerful, kind, accommodating, and hospitable. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated, homey, quiet, and comfortable with comfy beds. It is a great place for travelers passing through, offering a reasonable rate. Amenities include a basic cold continental breakfast with coffee, pastries, orange juice, cereal, and yogurt, as well as an open game room upstairs. The lodge is pet-friendly, has truck parking, RV sites, and package liquor. While the location may not be perfect and the motel is older with minimal offerings, it is a very clean and recommended place to rest.
Stayed a night 6/11. Quaint little place, really quiet. The rooms are cute. The place is pretty basic - remember you're out in the middle of nowhere, so don't come with Ritz Carlton expectations. It's a great place to sleep for the night. They also have a little game room upstairs with a pool table and stuff.

These people are super kind. All kinds of truckers stuck there due to the horrible Wyoming wind and they made homemade Spaghetti for everyone. I will stay here anytime and support these kind of folks forever!
