This pharmacy just did something incredible.
I was on hold on/ off for about 5 mins. Eventually the call dropped, but THE TECHNICIAN CALLED ME BACK!!!
I couldn’t believe anyone cared that much.
Everytime you go in these techs are working their butts off too. I had questions once, and the woman kept scanning her fingerprint while talking to me. I asked if she had to do that so many times just for my medication, and she said every time we do something new we have to do it…
I was blown away that she was doing all of it at once, AND still being courteous to me… I probably have leftover small town syndrome from being a Big Horn County refugee, but I appreciate this pharmacy SO much.
Now, I tell my kids while we’re waiting that these techs are magicians, and can help so many people at once! The call back just now blew my mind. The Albertsons in powell, and almost every other Albertsons would have just kept it moving to the next thing instead of calling me back and finishing the task they were in the middle of just to answer my question. Most employees put the burden of calling back on the patient. 10/10.
Maybe it’s because it’s “OSCO”?
I always ask everyone if they love their job when I am in any situation around anyone working - everyone here has said yes, and you can tell they meant it.
It’s giving “one less hurdle” in my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We loved our experience with OSCO Pharmacy. We were visiting Cody Wy and needed refills on medications. Rachel was awesome at helping us; she was kind, friendly, professional, and efficient. Definitely a 5 star experience.

The refill via auto-attendant does not work. And one of my refills was missing about 90 capsules.

Pharmacists and support staff are efficient, always make sure I understand how to take my medications, and encourage me to let them and my doctors know if I have any problems or questions regarding my meds. Hours are great! I love the fact that services are available when I do my grocery shopping.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the wait times are always short. They also answer the phone surprisingly fast if you call them.

Every single time I call the Cody, Wyoming Albertsons Pharmacy I get put on hold!! I’m calling to tell them to send out my prescription but can’t get through and this is all different times of the day. It’s ridiculous!! It’s time they hire someone to answer the phones!! Customer service isn’t what it used to by any means. So sad!! ????

Last month my bro-in-law and my father went on a trip to Yellowstone and we stopped by here a couple times for supplies/groceries. Everything was easy to find in the store. The prices weren't bad. The produce was fresh. Customer service was nice. Not much more to ask for in a grocery store.
