Byran is an outstanding manager and service provider. He took the time to answer my questions. He looked me in the eye when he spoke to me. He took a genuine interest in meeting my needs. I sensed that he was genuine and honest. He also showed care in training his employee Scott. Together all our needs were met.

Let me tell you how this store is! Call before going in to AT&T to make sure they have the phone I want!!! They say they have it stock after waiting a half an hour to talk to some one!!! Finally it’s my turn to talk and they said sorry don’t have that phone is stock. So waste of my time right. Give these people zero stars if I could no help what so ever and lie to me about not having a phone is stock

Went in to switch carriers and had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Brian. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was not at all bothered that our interaction took him passed closing time. Would highly recommend this location to anyone else.

This store says they are open Monday-Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. However, I was there on Monday, August 21, at 11:00 a.m. and they were closed with a sign on the door saying, "Back at 3:00 p.m. Therefore, I returned the next day Tuesday, August 22, at 3:30 p.m. The door was locked even though the sign said: "Open." I got in my car to leave and an employee came out and said to me: " We will be at lunch until 5:00 p.m. and then we will be here from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m." Wish I could take a one and half hour lunch where I work. I have no idea what hours this store is open, but it is definitely NOT from 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. like their website says. We do not live in town. It is a 30 mile round trip for us to travel to Cody and solicit this store. We can't afford to waste gas. My husband and I are switching back to Verizon. There is absolutely no customer service in this store...first you have to be open.

Worst Company in Cody by far. After my wife and I got married, we wanted to add her phone to my account. Unfortunately, her phone was too old and couldn't use sim cards anymore. So, we had to trade her phone for an upgrade. We were promised that the upgrade would be free, but we ended up being charged for it.Confused about the charge, we went to the store and asked why. They told us there would be a two-month processing period, and then we would receive credits for the charges. We agreed to wait, but after two months, we were surprised to see another charge on our bill.I went back to the store and talked to the manager about it. He said that sometimes these things happen and told me to wait one more month. This has been going on for more than nine months now. Every time I go to the store, they say they're still "working on it."I finally gave up on the store and called customer service. After spending a long time on the phone, we found out that they accidentally gave someone else the credits we were supposed to receive. I went back to the store to talk to them about it, and that's when I found out what had happened. They never bothered to tell me.I'm still paying the full price of the phone, and I'm getting screwed over because of their mistake. I've called customer service multiple times and gone to the store countless times. I asked to speak with the branch manager, but they wouldn't let me. It's unbelievable that they messed up, but I have to do all the research to find out that no one is going to fix this issue. I'm out $1000 because of their mistake. So, giving this company 0 out of 5 stars is a fair rating.
