“BROKEN DOWN and looking for a RESCUE? Look no further! Call LARRY, he's the BEST! We were coming from Yellowstone, headed home to Denver, when our clutch went out. Stranded, waiting on the side of the road for a tow, I was calling every mechanic I could find. I was worried about how long I'd be stuck in Cody and how much I'd be taken for due to my obvious disadvantage. How I landed on LA Services, I don't recall, but I am so grateful. It was around 4pm when I spoke with Larry and by the time we were towed into his yard, just before 5, he had the parts already ordered. He let us sleep overnight in our little RV in his yard and got started on our clutch even earlier than he had promised. He seemed confident he would be able to get it done by the end of the day. We wandered into Cody and spent a few hours exploring the town, fingers crossed the whole time that Larry would be able to get us on the road by the end of the day. It just seemed like an unbelievably quick turnaround, but we stayed hopeful. When he called us around 3pm to tell us that we were ready to go, we were elated. All said and done, Larry charged us less than I probably would have paid in Denver. He replaced all the parts and showed me the ones he pulled. I've looked up clutch repair for my vehicle and I should have paid $600-900. Larry charged me $550 and had us out of there in less than 24 hours! Our RV purred the rest of the journey home after Larry's TLC. Now to find a Toyota mechanic in Denver I like and respect as much as Larry.......”

“Honestly, I am floored by how great my experience working with Reno was!
My car was hit here in town and I started to call around to body shops to see who would be able to work with my insurance (Progressive). The Reno office team was so nice and responsive and assured me that they worked with Progressive's local rep regularly and invited me to bring my car over for an initial quote that same day. They worked on my quote and shared it with my insurance, got all the repairs approved, ordered the parts, and scheduled a drop-off date for my car. The entire process was so smooth and easy, and then they topped it off by finishing the work a day early!
I really hope I don't have another hit and run any time soon, but if I do I will definitely bring my car back to Reno- they're amazing!”

“We were passing through town, but stopped at the city's RV dump station to empty our tanks. Our truck wouldn't start when we were ready to leave - dead battery. Called NAPA and talked to Eddie about delivering 2 new batteries. He said he can't deliver batteries to a non-auto repair garage, but he can come pick us up and give a ride to his store. While waiting, I removed our batteries and he took us to the store and tested our batteries. They were still good, so he suggested corrosion of the contacts was the problem, so sold us some post cleaner and wire post/cable scrubber. That did the trick and we were back on our way, saving us $500 in new batteries. Thank you, NAPA and Eddie.”

Sean met me out side & worked with me to get the right bulb & to fight with it to get it in.. I'm greatful for this kind young man & his help. He had the best additude and customer service.. “They've always treated me fairly and done a decent job, whether it be with an oil change or tires. For the economy, you can't find a much better place. I've bought tires in store and online and never had a problem either way. Being open on the weekends is a big plus when you're busy all week and can't make it to a different shop. I've had mixed experiences with them meeting the timeline they quoted me, but in my opinion, that's any mechanical work, regardless of where you go.”
