Don't believe their website. They list pieces no longer available and try to sell you something else. Deceptive.

We stopped in to this beautiful art gallery. Loved the different styles of western art from abstract to portraits, the sculptures were gorgeous.

On my third visit to Cody (maybe my last, but hopefully not), I decided I would not fly home without having purchased some true American West art. Big Horn Galleries delivers so much in terms of accomplished, emerging, and well known western artists. The price points range from quite attainable, to pieces you dream of. Last year I let a watercolor get away (I wasn't in the position to buy, but I thought of the work for the year and ran to its spot this year only to find it was gone), so I was determined not to walk away empty handed this year. Anyhow, jump to today... My painting and etching arrived (New York), and they have taken my breath away- just like in Cody. I was so pleased with the caliber of work in the gallery- I was looking for something to evoke the feeling I have when I'm in Wyoming and Big Horn delivered perfectly.

The artwork at display in this gallery is simply amazing. World reknowned artists everywhere, this place is a true western art staple. Growing up in Texas, I have a true fondness of cowboy art in general and this place does not disappoint within that genre. The paintings are, needless to say, amazing but the cowboy bronzes on display are incredible! It is so much more than that though, I found myself wandering through the gallery and becoming captivated with the artwork that portrays all sorts of life in the west. Magnificent paintings and sculptures of grizzlies, grey wolves and elk and many other wildlife found in the area and throughout Yellowstone. Paintings that brought you back to how the Cody area was established with Buffalo Bill.... there was so much to see. My wife and I ended up buying a painting that Buckeye Blake had done in reference to the Wyoming Cowboy. I would highly recommend checking out this gallery if you are in the area. Whether you want to be entranced with the way of life or are a serious art collector, you can not go wrong with this gallery. 5 out of 5.

The best Western art venue west of the Mississippi. World reknowned artists on display. The owners are the one who helped start the Cody Art Show, connoisseurs of western art, so you know you are dealing with people who know what they are talking about. Unbelievable artwork at display makes it hard to not walk out of the gallery without purchasing something. Would highly recommend to those who are visiting Cody.
