“Rented an SUV in Cody Wyoming to go into Yellowstone national Park. Not only was it a full-size four-wheel-drive SUV but was fully loaded and very nice. Great experience”
“Our new rental Bronco had someone previously smoked in it to which I have allergy. We didn’t notice the smell until we turned on the AC and we were far from pick up spot (SLC, UT). None of the auto parts stores had cabin air filters available for replacement. We have also stopped at jackson hole hertz rental, and they pretty much told us they couldn’t do anything for us.
Thankfully, when we made it to the Cody airport Hertz, Corey went above and beyond. He offered to clean the AC system right away, and the difference was noticeable right away. He was kind, understanding, and acted quickly.

For those interested, I later found a Ford dealer which had cabin air filter(those are hard to find for a new car) I’ve included photos of the new vs. used filter (only 4,000 miles old). I guess check your a/c before driving off the lot :)”
