If you are thinking of buying anything there, make sure you read the fine print as they will not tell you about important things you should know. They will not help you in any way when you’re having a problem with your appliance. They are the most unhelpful people I’ve ever worked with. The saying “the customer is always right” doesn’t apply here. It’s about them and the bottom line money. Never would I recommend this place to any person. Save your money and go elsewhere. Go somewhere that values the customer experience.

So much for buy local. I am very disappointed. Bought a dryer Monday. It was delivered Thursday at 4 PM. Today is Friday and it does not dry. I called and Jeff was Very
unhelpful and completely unwillingly to listen to what I had to say let alone work with me. I've had this dryer less than 24 hours and I'm told too bad call the manufacturer. NEVER AGAIN. I'm going to Billings.

Patience is a virtue then the owner is a saint we bought our refrigerator washer and dryer there our bank which was not in Wyoming we had to call on hold for 30 minutes and woo hoo they apologized and said we're sorry and Cost Plus delivered today they are awesome ?

We bought a freezer and on the day we went to pick it up, the backside damage was not disclosed to us until it was placed on the forklift. If we weren’t in a hurry for a new freezer, we would not have brought this one home. The manager blamed the damage on shipping, advised it would not be covered under the store policy and probably not under the manufacturers warranty, as it was to the back of the freezer. He did offer us a complete refund, but we were in a time crunch needing a freezer. The manager, who by his own admission knew of the damage prior to selling it to us and failed to disclose it at the time of sale, was upset by my complaint of the damage and walked away, closing the door behind him before I could even get a copy of the purchase paperwork or receipt. As a former manager of a large appliance department, this level of customer service would not to be acceptable. “Buyer Beware” should not be necessary for buying a brand-new appliance, but with Cost Plus, it is a recommended approach and practice. Cost Plus will not be getting our business in the future.

I have recently visited this store a couple of times. The first time was after a very disappointing visit to a similar store in town. The gentleman working was friendly, kind and helpful. I didn't feel as if I was making his day harder by being there (which I did in the other store). We eventually purchased a washer and dryer from here and were thrilled with a much lower price than in comparison to other shops. Plus, it came with a 1 year full warranty for free. Upon getting the washer home it leaked. We called the store in the morning and they had us bring it back and exchange it for another. There was no hassle and they were extremely helpful. That washer is now running like a dream and I couldn't be more happy with this purchase. Cost Plus, Cody, has a wide selection of furniture and appliances. I cannot recommend enough stopping in to see what they have to offer ?

These guys at cost plus are awesome!!! My wife and I bought a maytag washer dryer set for 1100.00 dollars. First I must say they were about 50 dollars cheaper than sears in cody and they answered all of our questions. Unfortunately our first washer from them did not work properly but have no fear I called the next day, they checked there stock and promptly replaced our washer. So so hard to find service with a smile but these guys at cost plus are just great and easy to shop with. Thank you for your time.

Very disappointed. Purchased a new stove from Cost Plus and it doesn’t work. Called the store and spoke with the owner and he offered no help other then to call the manufacturer. How can you sell products and not stand behind them? I would not recommend this store to anyone. I ended up purchasing another stove from Billings and now I have to figure out what to do with the Cost Plus stove that it taking up space in my house.

No COVID precautions taken despite a busy store. Prices fair. Bought a nice washer/dryer set. Delivery prompt and relatively friendly - however - also ZERO COVID precautions taken. Overall impression is that they just want the sale but really don't care about their neighbors. That matters to some people (me). I won't be back to do business with a company that makes me feel like integrity is compromised.

Just be prepared to add $60 for delivery. I have my own truck. I just needed help carrying it into my house a mile away from the store. The staff is very nice.

After shopping at two other locations, we found the staff at Cost Plus to be the best we've encountered. They were pleasent, helpful and low key.We purchased a new washer and when we got it home, it wouldn't operate. We took it back the next day and Cost Plus exchanged it with no questions.I would highly recommend Cost Plus!
