We took our GMC truck in thinking we did the right thing having the transmission replaced wrong wrong wrong! They did replace it $7,000 later,it's still not right,first off very piss poor job they never cleaned the old transmission fluid out from underneath of it so it kept leaking! Took it back as it was having shimming, going on with acceleration, , big fat Don, the manager what a guy! They had it for 2 weeks trying to figure it out, solution he said synthetic oil, bullshit! Not only when we did get the truck back it was filthy inside and out running boards are really scratched. They burned up all the fuel. I would NEVER recommend them for any kind of service! They need to replace the manager as he doesn't give a shit what goes on with the service department? Next step better business bureau!! If I could I would give them a -5 plus

Happy Truck Month! Menholt Chevy celebrates this momentous occasion twelve times a year. It's always Truck Month around here. When I went to Cody, I thought I'd go check out the truck selection. In the Rodeo Capitol of Wyoming, you'd figure there'd be some sweet trucks. Boy, howdy! They've got some incredible trucks! Deer smackin' squirrel squashin' drivin' machines! I was impressed with the low prices for the good quality. It seems that y'all Cody folk are rough on the trucks, you're not driving these Chevys down Park Avenue, they're ranchin' and huntin' trucks. I was quickly met by a salesman who answered all my questions about the truck inventory. For supply chain issues and used car shortages nationwide, Menholt still had an ample selection of farm trucks ready to roll off the lot. In the end, I didn't end up cowboying up with a Chevy. I wish I had. Prices were clearly marked on the windshield. The trucks were clean and shiny. Menholt also raffles off one of their trucks to benefit local charities. Their prize truck was parked in front of the Hotel Irma. I noticed the Menholt also supports the local high school sports and other local charities and causes.

Called Denny Menholt for a quick oil change and filter replacement on our 2500 HD Diesel. We’re from PA and we’re passing through Cody w our RV. They couldn’t have been nicer! Good service, good people, fantastic job! Much appreciated.

What a complete fiasco we had went in wanting to trade in our 2015 Chevy Silverado and got a fair trade in price on another truck an older truck 2005 Chevy Silverado it took a day to work out the financing of which we were in Yellowstone we finally came to acceptable terms and agreed-upon purchasing the truck the next day I asked what time the sales person would be in he said around nine after he got out of a meeting the long story short by 12 o'clock they had sold the vehicle that I had worked out the financing spent two days negotiating out from under me I'd let them know that I would be in at noon to sign the papers and drive off with the truck. No trust worthiness whatsoever from this dealership none this isn't the first time I've heard of this happening either so sad that in a small town like Cody Wyoming there's a dealership that will conduct business such as this stay away stay away imagine what they'll do if there's a problem with your vehicle send you down the road

got treated like a real person. it was posted on here WRONGLY about an experience I had recently with Denny Menholt in Billings. I have since deleted it I have purchase many vehicles from Menholt in Billings. I will not go back. the only thing I have ever bought from cody was tires and car parts. only because they simply did not have what I was looking for at the time. it has ABSOLUTELY NO REFLECTION AS TO THE STAFF at the Cody store.

Great customer service and very helpful as we were 800 miles from home on vacation when our engine overheated. They got our radiator replaced in 4 hours and had us back on the road! Dylan was very helpful and Dalton did a great job fixing us up.

I, just recently, had a great experience at Denny Menholt! My car was on its last legs so I needed something pretty quickly. I saw a Jeep there that I liked so I set up an appointment to test drive it on my lunch break. Bryan Knapp was incredible - very friendly, very knowledgeable. I absolutely loved the Jeep and that afternoon, Mike and Dave worked on the numbers so I could get it. They had everything ready to sign when I got off of work at 5! Was recommended by a local mechanic to give them a try for tires on my pickup. From the very beginning customer service was A+. James helped me select a great tire at a competitive price. They had to order them in because of the size. Ordered them on a Friday and got me in Monday afternoon to mount and balance. The customer service was amazing and the care they took to do a good job was excellent. Before leaving, James took me out showed me everything they did and explained the balancing process with these types of tires. Definitely above and beyond normal service. Thank you for a quality experience. Makes spending $1500.00 a little easier to swallow.
