Just finished storing our belongings for 2 months. My unit was a 10ft x 20ft and you could tell I had one of the newest garage doors. I'm guessing others are slowly being replaced? Anyhow, the unit was clean when I got there and 2 months later there was no evidence of mice or bugs thankfully. I parked a 26ft Uhaul back there which was easy to navigate the isles. The owner was super responsive even on Memorial Day weekend when I was driving in from out of state. 5/5 on the customer service. 4/5 on the unit itself.
