Proceeded to deliver a package BACK to the incorrect address after given the correct delivery location address.
Still havent recieved the package, and at this point don't expect to which isnt surprising.

Weird, they will come to my door. Not knock, tell no one, take pictures of my house and leave. Horrible drivers, who don’t even try. Customer service is nonexistent unless you want to talk to some automated bot who will never actually help you.

I’ve been waiting for the third and final package. A battery for a home backup battery system which is worth more than $5000. On three different days they said it was on the way and in the truck, but it has not come. I have spent three days sequestered at home waiting for a package. The website and the app have no way to say hold it at the ground facility and I will pick it up myself. There is some snow on the roads, but there is nothing exceptional for Wyoming contract drivers who really don’t care. Use UPS where they have company drivers who are well paid, and professional

I was in Lovell yesterday for a doctors appointment. The FedEx driver PARKED in the DRIVING lane causing my vehicle to almost get backed into because the truck was in the way. There was plenty of parking around the corner and needless to say the truck is lucky I didn’t get hit. This should not be allowed. This happened at 10:45 AM! Can we have the trucks PARK out of the way so this does not happen?

FedEx is an absolute joke! Anytime I see FedEx is handling any of my deliveries I cringe and prepare for a delayed, damaged, or possibly missing package. I have had critical medical supplies for my young daughter delayed by up to a week while tracking says “Arrived at FedEx location in Cody, WY.” Now I’m waiting on merchandise that has been sitting in Cody for 3 days with no delivery updates? Absolutely horrible! At least allow people to go pick up their products, you obviously don’t want to handle them anyways.

The package looked more like it was dragged behind the truck than inside the truck. Living rurally, I depend on delivery services. I have come to dread when FedEx is the delivery company. The package is almost always very damaged and the contents have been damaged as a result.

In our small town of only 3000 people, how can you deliver a package to the wrong address? Still waiting for a response! $300 in shoes , now missing, is not OK.

Sitting at home waiting on my package to arrive. I get a text “customer was not available, or business was closed” (it’s a home on 10 acres 7miles outside of town), I then received a text “unable to locate address- business or house” (I’ve lived here for 16 years and probably received hundreds of FedEx boxes, and I had a FedEx shipping account linked to this address) so it’s safe to say, “I’m in their system”, so much so, that I wave to their drivers and their drivers cheeringly give my dog treats to shut him up. Yet for some reason FedEx cannot explain how a package, that required no signature, could not be delivered to an address frequented by their drivers, why it even mattered that the home owner needed to be located, when the package did not require a signature release.

The Fed Ex drivers in Cody (not all, but the ones around my neighborhood) drive recklessly, and seem to have little care for the public or your package. They also update tracking to say it was delivered, only to not deliver it that day (and sometimes not even the next). What kind of drug testing should Fed Ex implement to help avoid these drivers???
