We were traveling through Cody WY when we noticed that a front wheel bearing on our F-150 seemed to be going out. On a Monday morning we showed up at Fremont Ford and threw ourselves at their mercy. They immediately took in our truck, diagnosed the (serious) problem and fixed it within several hours. All done efficiently and in a very friendly manner. Even shuttled us back and forth to our hotel. Very friendly, effective, service!

Dealing with the death of a family member that was in the process of buying a new Dodge Ram… I was able to complete the sale with no hassle. Everyone there was very helpful. They even tried a bunch of different truck toppers to see if they fit the new truck. No luck but at least they tried. Overall a great experience.

I went into Fremont looking for a new car and to trade my truck in. Kellen and Cassandra were such a big in this process and I’m very pleased with their services! I was very picky about what I wanted and Kellen was able to get me the car I wanted and had it in Cody the next day for me! Cassandra had paper work waiting for me when I got there the next day and I was in and out with my new car! All in all they had great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

My truck was with this dealer from April of 2023 until August of 2023. I was not provided a loaner nor any shuttle assistance despite the fact I live almost 2hrs away. During the time my truck was with the dealer I received extremely poor to the extent of pathetic customer service. My service advisor would not provide me with any communication or updates unless I reached out to them. When I did this is took an average of 4 attempts (calls, voicemail, text messages) just to get a simple response. Despite always being understanding and kind in my communication with their team I received snappy, passive aggressive and some just plain aggressive responses. The amount of effort it required of me to get a simple update was unbelievable and does not satisfy the most basic bottom of the barrel levels of customer service that would be expected. The service department lost the extended warranty brochure packet I provided them with. They attempted to make me pay for nearly double what I was responsible for on the final invoice. Despite having on the phone discussions with both the GM of the dealer and their Service manager. They still failed to update me and inform when the parts finally came in and work on the truck was to begin after months of waiting. I was told by the service advisor that "if I wanted an update I needed to call the parts department" because apparently they couldn't be bothered to provide a simple update to their client on a $4,000 + repair and someone who was without their vehicle for over a quarter of a year.I understand the parts back order was out of their control and never faulted them for that. What I don't understand is the pathetic excuse for "customer service" provided to their customers even on a pricey repair that they were guaranteed payment on via an aftermarket extended warranty that I've never had an issue with any other Ford dealer on multiple other repairs. At the end of all of this the service department did not alert me my parts had come in nor that the work was being done. They didn't even alert me when the work was completed.... I called and left 4 voicemails 1 week and on one of those calls asked to talk to parts who relayed they could see the parts had arrived the week prior and the work had been started and appeared to have been completed the prior week/weekend I didn't hear back until Thurs afternoon the week after it was done and I'd left 4 messages because apparently they were going to wait to get payment from the extended warranty company first before letting me know. The service manager himself told me that I needed to wait until they received payment from the warranty company before I could come get my truck...It was only when I went over his head to the GM that they straightened up and said I could come get my vehicle...This might sound absurd but this is the short version of the ridiculous experience I had trying to get my truck repaired at fremont ford Cody.To top it off the day I picked it up the truck left me stranded broken down on the side of the road 20miles from my house. When I spoke with the service manager about this the response I got the next day was that they didn't do anything that would have caused the issue. There was zero effort to help me with the situation other than them providing me with the roadside assistance # for my extended warranty since they lost my information packet and didn't have any of that info.I took the truck to a different dealer in Riverton and received 50x better service and communication immediately.Service Advisor - ShannonService Manager - Mack

Service department really helped us out. We are traveling the US for a few months with our camper. My check engine light came on in South Dakota. Pretty unnerving when far from home. Called a couple dealerships and was told 2-3 weeks before it could be looked at. Gee thanks. Called Fremont Ford since Cody was our next stop. They gave me an appointment only four business days out. Took it in, and was quickly diagnosed. Since I was in town only a few more days, I figured they wouldn't be able to get the parts needed in that time frame. Well, Shannon found the parts in Denver and they had me fixed in two days! THIS is how a dealer service department should work. Thanks Shannon and the service staff at Fremont Ford Cody!!

Cassandra was very helpful when I came in to look at a Jeep that had just been sold. She took me around the lot to look at anything and everything they had. She even offered to get another one from another dealer, as they have 11 total dealers. I appreciate her going above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. Thank you

Kellen has been blowing up my Facebook feed for years. His Memes and videos are so funny. I always smile when I see his stuff. And go figure when I needed to see what my options were Kellen the CAR GUY! He was the first one I thought of!!! He helped me see what my options are and even said "Nikki a roof rack is not the reason to buy a car!!" He was right this car is awesome but the roof rack is a must. But in all seriousness he was great and patient with my questions. Best Experience and Sales guy Hands DOWN!!

I've been having Fremont Motors - Cody doing the regular maintenance on my 2009 Expedition and now my 2020 Expedition. No problems. 12 days ago we picked up a hitchhiker in the Bighorn Mountains. A young marmot (think mountain groundhog) crawled up underneath and into the engine compartment. It took several days before we knew it was with us and was a problem. In that time it chewed up some insulation and wiring. The Expedition was still driveable, but lots of the electronics wouldn't work and notifications had the dash lit up. (Once we discovered the marmot damage, we trapped and released it.) We took the Expedition into Fremont and Jason took care of us, he even gave me a ride home on his lunch break. Several spots in the wiring had been chewed. Luckily the tech was able to replace and repair the damaged wiring without replacing the harness. As the points of contact, Jason and Shannon are service reps you would expect at a big city dealership, but with that Cody friendliness. That's also the opinion in our neighborhood. They particularly speak highly of Jason. Good service and good people.

We love our new Compass. We visited Fremont Ford intending to see what the Compass was like. We drove it a bit and it was a really solid vehicle and ver comfortable to drive. Kellen, our salesman was extremely helpful. He provided details and info on several cars we drove. When we did select the Compass, he was very helpful with all the details of the purchase. It was a very pleasant experience.
