Joyvagen Bicycle Shop provides an excellent service and a great shopping experience with a super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable crew and staff. They are very fast, even when extremely busy, going above and beyond to squeeze in last-minute repairs. The shop is known for great customer service, exceeding expectations, and sometimes even offering help at no charge. I've had Joyvagen fix a couple of our bikes and their service is always been prompt & professional. Today, I went in asking for help with my stroller tire (it has bike tires) & they helped problem solve what was going on & taught me how to fix it. Thanks guys! It worked like a charm.

I brought my bike in on short notice while on a tour and they were able to get me fixed up quickly, and for a shockingly reasonable price. The work was excellent and they were able to explain to me how to watch out for the problem in the future and how to fix it.
