I also brought my vehicles over from a non local agency after years of customer loyalty was rewarded with being getting passed around a carousel of anonymous agents until it resulted in an error in my coverage. Insurance isn’t a perfect or easy industry these days, but I appreciate that this agency has a physically open door to their customers and is willing to set down and do the work to make sure you have the right coverage.
