Cody Lincare is an amazing support. Getting on cpap was scarey. They answered all my questions and assisted me through the whole process.They even make sure I am changing my supplies when it's needed and covered by my insurance.

The Cody, Wyoming office is fabulous. Crystal is great with the respitory issues and equipment. Recently, she assisted with troubleshooting problems with my cpap and was patient, knowledgeable and very kind as we worked through the issue. In the long run the cpap had to be replaced and she had one available quickly and efficiently.
Eric is superman! He helped us transfer from another company. This was frustrating from my part but Eric went the extra mile and kept making phone calls contacting offices after leaving multiple messages initially by me. He then managed to get equipment to the motel we were going to stay at on a trip with only six days until we were leaving.
Today I handed him our itinerary for spring travel and he confirmed in less t h an four hours that everything was set.
Service from this group has been and is exemplary.

💯 💯 Recommended!!
Eric was great he transferred me to the right person and was very professional when he answered the phone. Not many people have this skill over the phone! Danise was awesome she helped me out right away. I had knee surgery and needed a walker I got one the same day and it was delivered by 6pm. This office is very professional, fast and make you feel like you're important and first in line. They definitely don't put you on hold or set you aside. 💯 💯 Recommended!!

My delivery and consumables driver has been exemplary in his duties, at a elevated level he has provided not only equipment, but a pleasant, helpful, understanding demeanor plus knowledgeable and willing to explain any questions. Many retailers could learn a few basics from the crew at LinCare in Cody. Sincerly ,

First off, .my wife and I didn't hear from anybody in the Cody Office or the billing department for over a month. Out out of the blue I get a call from them saying I owe alot when no bill or calls were made. The people in the Cody office are friendly but the rest of the company needs ALOT of improvement. My recommendation is that do not get involved with Lincare otherwise u will suffer the same fate as me. Sorry Lincare but you guys barked up the wrong tree. Cause we take our bills seriously and when you don't call us or send us a bill for almost 2 months the puts me in a corner and I fight like a pit bull when I'm backed into a corner. If it weren't for the Cody office people being so nice, polite, and professional, your company wouldn't even have a 1/4 star rating from me.

I've never experienced a better and courteous team of people for oxygen needs than Lincare. Eric Gilmore, and James Faulkner...are the best when it comes to the people who care so much for my needs. They are educated and knowledgeable a out every question I may have. All I can say is thank you to you ALL for everything you've done so far.

We were promised appropriate service and assistance in my mothers air needs including a portable unit. For over 8 months we have gotten nothing but lies from Kerry the cody office manager, about the proper equipment. Now she won't even take our calls. My mother was just life flighted for surgery and I have her home but have to pt and ot and cannot get response from them. They enjoy playing God with peoples life

The GPS tells you to take Southfork Rd. This is incorrect. The Lincare office is only about 1 minute farther on West Yellowstone Ave. It's much easier to get there by staying on the main road

The folks at Lincare changed the quality of my life by teaching me enough medical facts to accept the diagnosis and recommendations of my doctor. I loved what they did so much I applied and went to work there to help others enjoy the same changes.
